Moving Forward Together- Youth Empowerment and Peacebuilding Program This page is focused on the work of Youth Empowerment and Peacebuilding pillar.

Established in 2013, MFT do little great things like empowering youths with greater self-esteem and exposure, employment opportunities and skills, training them to become peacebuilders & champions in communities with history of diversity and conflicts. Since 2005, we started out as a small local group quick fixing on disaster relief, charity and donation for vulnerable and at risk communities in M

yanmar. Staring from 2013, we begun our registration process and formed Moving Forward Together,a local NGO, to fill the gaps and bridge the needs to build software (motivation, attitude and empowerment) in youths especially for those marginalized young people such as youths (former children associated with armed conflicts, girls from massage and KTV, factory workers), ethnic and tribal youths, children from rehabilitation or correction schools. We also aim to promote the exposures of our youths by providing exchange visits and dialogues that test the limit and push the boundaries of youths capacities in their societies and themselves so that their self respect and self-esteem level glow to contribute in society where they all coexist with mutual understanding and respect for humanity and equal rights.
