usqu'en Septembre 2022 était le bureau du Conseil Communal des Clubs pour Unesco de Koutiala affilié au Conseil Régional des Clubs pour Unesco de Sikasso qui à son tour est affilié à la FEMACAU. C'est à partir du 22 Septembre 2022 que le tout 1er bureau du Conseil Régional de Koutiala a été mis en place grâce aux efforts inlassables de l'ami Mohamed SISSOKO dit Mèd et de tout son staff.
