A new experience full of inspiration, teamwork, and meaningful action has just become part of our caravan of good stories! 📖

From October 5th to 18th, 2025, the lively city of Wrocław, Poland hosted the Erasmus+ youth exchange project “Youth Volunteerism for Community Change,” bringing together motivated young volunteers eager to explore how small actions can make a big difference in society. 🌍

Young participants gathered from different countries to share their experiences in volunteering and to discover new ways of supporting their communities. They worked in international teams, discussed the role of volunteering in everyday life, and reflected on how young people can actively contribute to building more caring and supportive societies. 🤝✨

The programme combined learning with action. Participants visited local non-governmental organizations to understand how volunteer initiatives operate in practice and took part in activities designed to strengthen creativity, cooperation, and leadership. Together they developed social campaigns promoting volunteer engagement and recorded short videos encouraging others to take part in helping their communities. 🎥💡

One of the most exciting parts of the project was the “Challenge 72” social initiative, where participants worked together to design ideas and solutions that highlight the value of solidarity and community support. They also joined environmental activities such as kayaking and river-cleaning, proving that volunteering can positively impact both society and nature. 💚

What began as a meeting between young people from different countries quickly turned into a collaborative journey filled with learning, creativity, and unforgettable memories. 🌟🤗

As the exchange comes to an end, participants return home inspired and ready to continue promoting volunteerism in their schools and communities because every act of kindness has the power to spark change. 💙

Another inspiring chapter from our caravan of good stories has just been written! 📖✨

From October 23rd to 31st, youth workers from our country took part in the Erasmus+ Training Course “Greenovate” in the city of Sivas, Türkiye. 🌍

Together with motivated young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Spain, Ukraine, Morocco, and Türkiye, participants explored important topics such as social entrepreneurship, environmental responsibility, and climate change. The training encouraged young people to think creatively about how business ideas and initiatives can contribute to solving environmental challenges and building a more sustainable future. 🌱

Through interactive workshops, discussions, and teamwork, participants exchanged ideas, developed new perspectives, and strengthened their understanding of how innovative solutions can reduce the impact of environmental problems. Working in international teams allowed them to learn from different experiences while building meaningful connections across cultures. 🤝

Beyond the learning sessions, participants also discovered the unique atmosphere of Sivas and Turkish unique culture. The city’s welcoming spirit and charming streets added a special touch to the entire experience, making every moment even more memorable. ✨

Step by step, day by day, participants stepped outside their comfort zones, improved their confidence, and created unforgettable memories. What started as a group of individuals meeting for the first time soon turned into a strong international team connected by shared experiences and new friendships.

They arrived in Sivas as participants, but left with much more: new knowledge, stronger confidence, and inspiration to take action for a greener and more innovative future. 🌟

Our caravan of good stories continues unfolding new and exciting pages! 🌍

This time, it brought us to Zagreb, Croatia, where two representatives from our organization participated in the Erasmus+ Training Course “Power of Community,” held from November 16th to 23rd. ✨

Together with youth workers, educators, and community representatives from Lithuania, Romania, Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria, Czechia, Poland, the Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, and Croatia, participants explored how communities can become spaces of safety, connection, and support for young people, especially those with fewer opportunities. 🤝

Throughout a dynamic week of workshops and discussions, participants exchanged experiences and discovered creative, movement-based methods that help youth workers strengthen trust, communication, and inclusion among young people. Interactive activities encouraged reflection on how empathy, cooperation, and mutual respect form the foundation of strong communities. 🎨💬

The program also included visits to a local school, a youth NGO, and a capoeira session, offering practical insights into how partnerships between institutions and community actors can support youth development. These experiences highlighted how collaboration and creativity can empower young people and foster stronger community bonds. 🏫🌿

Beyond the sessions, Zagreb’s welcoming atmosphere, historic streets, and cozy cafés created the perfect environment for intercultural exchange and meaningful conversations among the participants. 🍂☕

By the end of the training, participants returned home with new tools, fresh perspectives, and a renewed commitment to building inclusive and supportive communities through youth work. 🧡

Another inspiring Erasmus+ journey has just taken place, adding a new chapter to our caravan of good stories! 📌

From September 10 to September 21, seven youth workers representing Association "World of Change" and young participants from different EU countries, gathered at the small community of Oasis Aérium in France to participate in the Erasmus+ Training Course "In-Sense of Humanity." 🌍

The training aimed to support participants in exploring deeper levels of self-awareness, empathy, and authentic communication while strengthening their ability to create positive change in their communities. Through a wide range of experiential and participatory methods including sharing circles, breathwork, movement, creative expression, forum-based discussions, and reflective practices, the participants discovered new ways to connect with themselves and others, building trust, understanding, and collective responsibility. 💬✨

Beyond the learning sessions, participants experienced the unique atmosphere of Oasis Aérium community, surrounded by nature and a culture of cooperation and sustainable living. This environment encourages reflection, meaningful conversations, and a deeper sense of connection with both people and the natural world. 🌿

The evenings brought moments of joy, intercultural exchange, and heartfelt connections, as participants shared music, stories, traditions, and perspectives from their countries. These moments created a warm and supportive space where friendships were formed and a strong sense of international community emerged. 🌎🎶💛

We are grateful to all youth workers and the dedicated trainers who made this powerful learning journey possible. Together, the participants strengthened their sense of humanity and returned home inspired to foster empathy, cooperation, and positive change in their communities. 💫

Another unforgettable adventure came to an end, and another page was added to our caravan of good stories! ✈️

From the 19th to the 25th of October, five youth workers took part in Erasmus+ training course "Our Rights", held in Thessaloniki, Greece, together with participants from Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, and Turkey! 🌏

The project was based on the observation that many European citizens lacked awareness and understanding of their rights under the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. This knowledge gap weakened participation in democratic processes and reduced the sense of European identity, which was essential for cohesion and solidarity among European countries. 📌

Through numerous workshops and bonding activities, participants had the opportunity to dive deeper into their fundamental rights, the EU Charter, and how it was applied across different countries. They had the chance to put their teamwork, organisation, and presentation skills to the test almost every day and, more importantly, they had fun and truly got to know one another throughout the entire process. ✨

During free time, lunch breaks, the intercultural night, and other evening activities, the connections between the youth workers grew even stronger as they laughed, danced, and exchanged ideas and experiences from their respective countries.💡

And of course, the age-old question arose… which traditional drink was the best?! (Rakija, of course!) 🥂

This training proved just how much initiative today’s youth workers were willing to take and how deeply they valued human rights. They all left with new skills, new facilitation techniques, increased confidence and creativity, and most importantly, new memories and lasting connections! 🌍

We were deeply thankful to our fantastic coordinators and partners Equaline NGO for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and dedication. 💜
