In April, youth workers from 6 countries gathered in Poland for an Erasmus+ training course focused on intercultural dialogue, inclusive youth work, and conflict prevention.
The Center of Public Participation proudly contributed to the project by sending three participants, including one of the main trainers who played a key role in guiding the learning process. Participants engaged in a rich program of non-formal education, including interactive workshops, cultural exchange sessions, field visits, and group reflections.
🤝 Through this experience:
Youth workers deepened their skills in intercultural communication, leadership, and inclusive practices
Participants gained a better understanding of European cultures and societies, helping to reduce stereotypes and prejudices
A strong international network of youth professionals was created, fostering continued cooperation and exchange
Many participants reported greater motivation and confidence to implement impactful initiatives in their local communities
This training course didn’t just benefit those who attended — it created ripple effects in their home organizations and communities, promoting a more inclusive, open-minded, and cohesive Europe.
