The Training Institute was founded by the team of seven trainers, the same team that initially was engaged by Milieukontact Oost Europa (MKOE)[1] for implementing their counseling program in Macedonia from year 2000. Since 2000, KOCKA delivered training courses on various topics of NGO management, Capacity Building and Organizational Development to more than 60 CSOs and provided counseling servic

e for implementation of the local actions that were undertaken during two national campaigning periods. Besides transferring of knowledge to environmental CSOs, KOCKA organized and executed several National Strategy Meetings on various topics/ issues and promoted cooperation between CSOs through organizing regional training courses. KOCKA trainers produced “Organization & Management Manual for Trainers”[1], manual that is aimed at trainers, who work with NGOs/CSOs, many handouts and Campaign Manual for improvement of skills on active work in the society.
