Project “Supporting the Development of Legal Framework for Social Entrepreneurship in Macedonia” funded by the British Embassy implemented by CIRa. Responsibilities includes providing consultancy on developing the draft Law on Social Entrepreneurship, developing the Manual on Social Entrepreneurship and participating in capacity building for local CSOs interested in social entrepreneurial activities
Assessment of the situation of Roma people in Macedonia and Serbia in area of employed and health. External expertise in researching, assessment and evaluating of the results in frame of the project. The general goal of the project was Established number, composition and structure of Roma employed in the public administration in Republic of Macedonia and Serbia (state officials in the executive government; independent state authorities and professional services at independent state authorities and local government). The project was implemented by Association MIR – Skopje and Youth Roma organization – Beograd and finance by European Fund for Balkans.
Project “One step for better education of Roma pupils in primary education”. Project assessment and evaluation The project “One step for better education of Roma pupils in primary education” was designed to address the problems of poor quality of education and high drop-out rates among Roma in the primary education, with the focus on two municipalities of the western part of Macedonia (TetovoandGostivar). It is in line with the regional, state and local policies for Roma, particularly the Decade of Roma Inclusion 2005 – 2015. The project was finance by Roma Education Fund (REF), implemented by NGO MULTIKULTURA in partnership with RDDA SonceTetovo and H.D.Z.R.”Mesecina” Gostivar and in cooperation with Ministry of Education and science of RM, State University Tetovo, SEEU-Tetovo, Local self-governments of Tetovo, Local self-government of Gostivar, 6 primary schools from Tetovo, and 2 primary schools from Gostivar.
