A rare opportunity to see the Balkan lynx in its natural habitat.
The Balkan lynx is critically endangered and there are fewer than 50 individuals in the wild in Macedonia. Recent research has brought hope with the recording of new healthy individuals on Shar Planina, but illegal hunting and habitat destruction remain serious threats to its survival.
