Almost 2 months ago, members of our Forum had the opportunity to visit the German-Danish border region. This trip was not only informative, but transformative. Not only was our network with other Macedonian institutions strengthened, but our international network was expanded.

In honor of International Romani Day, our colleague from @Асоцијација за интеграција на ромите "Месечина" - Гостивар, invited our Forum to join the Municipality of Gostivar in its annual observation of 8th of April.
This opportunity to learn about Roma history from community members is an essential part of the Forum's focus; being an active member of the community includes uplifting all members. Thank you CSO Mesecina for this opportunity.

The 8th of April marks the International Romani Day, an occasion that encourages people to learn and appreciate the vibrant Romani culture and raise awareness on issues impacting this community. Member organization Romano Ilo, E Roma, held a commemorative event to introduce a new multi-institutional partnership which focuses on building educational pathways for Romani youth in the arts sector. As a mentor for the Roma arts community, this partnership was created out of a viewed need to engage Romani youth in traditional art forms and provide career opportunities.

Attention scholars and public sector stakeholders, this summer, our collaborator ECMI is hosting their 16th annual Summer School on National Minorities. This intensive week will provide a platform for scholars to analyze the social inclusion of non-majority communities without an external kin-state.
