Спелеолошката федерација на Македонија (СФМ) е непрофитабилна невладина организација основана во 2002 година од спелеолошките клубови/друштва во Македонија, со цел:
- развој на спелеологијата во Македонија
- истражување и документирање на нови пештери
- поддршка за основање на нови спелеолошки организации во државата
- формирање и одржување на катастер на пештери
- поддршка на активности кои в
клучуваат заштита на природата, промоција и одржлив развој
- отпочнување на соработки со институции и организации кои имаат допир со или интерес од спелеологијата и спелеолошките активности
- зачленување во национални и меѓународни организации од областа на спелеологијата
- подршка во публикување на стручни и популарни публикации

The Macedonian Speleological Federation is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization and the national speleological organization uniting the local speleological clubs, that was established in 2002 with goals to:
- develop speleology in the Republic of North Macedonia
- explore and document new caves
- support the establishment of new speleological organizations in the country
- maintain a register of explored caves
- encourage activities that contribute to the protection, sustainable use and development of the environment, especially karst areas and caves
- initiate cooperation with any organization (business, professional and scientific, sports and others) which has interest in speleology, protection, promotion and sustainable use of the environment
- join national and international organization
