Association for healthy life styles – Kumanovo is established in 2008 on initiative of HOPS. Work and activities of the association is related to harm reduction of drug using and other psychoactive substances, work and education of drug users, pri

mary prevention of HIV, Hepatitis B and C, cooperation with other NGOs, health and social centers. By 2008 PULSE started implement harm reduction program independently with funds of Global Fond for fight HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. In its efforts to act in the exercise of the rights of drug users and other marginalized communities, PULS- Kumanovo cooperate with other civil society organizations in the city that have a similar mission, as well as health and social centers in Kumanovo.
