⚠️ Aretina mahafaty ny haromotana, saingy azo sorohana.

💉 Ataovy vaksiny ny alika sy saka.

The official documents for the Women & Children’s Healthcare and Education Center have been finalized! ✅

This milestone was made possible thanks to the collaboration of:
✍️ The Deputy Mayor of the Commune of Andasibe
✍️ The President of Andasifahatelo
✍️ The elder (Tangalamena) of Andasifahadimy
✍️ Five representatives from the Andasifahadimy community – including two land donors
✍️ Our partners at The Mad Dog Initiative and Mitsinjo

With the land officially secured, we now move into Phase 2: preparing the land and transporting materials (lots of sand!) to the construction site. 🚜

Together, we’re building a healthier future for women and children in the region—while strengthening conservation through community. 💚

In Madagascar, practical veterinary training is limited, but that’s exactly where your support is making a real difference 💙

Our WVS Veterinary Taskforce, in collaboration with
The Mad Dog Initiative, recently completed a two week programme at the University of Antananarivo. They trained 16 vet students in essential surgical skills, anaesthesia, animal handling and rabies prevention. More than 80 animals were sterilised, and a new generation of vets is now better equipped to improve animal welfare in their communities.

This is the start of a long term partnership we’re proud to build.
