Projet CIMSI
L’ONG SAHA a signé une convention de collaboration avec la Banque mondiale dans le cadre du projet GPSA (Global Partnership for Social Accountability) pour la mise en œuvre du projet CIMSI (Citizens Involvment in Municipal Service Improvement). L’amélioration des services communaux par le biais de l’engagement des citoyens est retenue comme objectif principal du projet. Il s’agit d’un projet de quatre ans visant à renforcer le mécanisme de transparence, de redevabilité et de participation entre la commune et les citoyens, par le biais de l’animation des structures de concertation locale. L’accompagnement du projet cherche à stimuler la participation citoyenne dans la phase de la planification budgétaire des communes.
