🌍 On Desertification and Drought Day 2026, we celebrate the vital role of rangelands in supporting biodiversity, livelihoods, and resilience to climate change.

Through the REPAiR project in southern Madagascar, we are working with local communities and stakeholders to better understand rangeland ecosystems, document local knowledge, and support community-led approaches to sustainable land management.

Together, we can recognize, respect, and restore rangelands for people and nature.
