🇲🇫Le mercredi 29 avril, nous avons organisé notre toute première journée de planning familial pour l’année 2026, en collaboration avec l’Association AVOTRAINA à Faravohitra. Cette activité a bénéficié aux mères de famille, qui ont participé activement aux échanges autour des méthodes contraceptives et de la santé reproductive. Un moment riche en sensibilisation, en écoute et en partage, marquant une belle première étape pour promouvoir le bien-être familial et l’autonomie des femmes.

This activity benefited mothers, who actively participated in discussions about contraceptive methods and reproductive health. It was a valuable opportunity for awareness-raising, listening, and sharing, marking a significant first step towards promoting family well-being and women's empowerment.

🇲🇫Ce samedi 25 avril, Hygeia Medical a animé une séance de sensibilisation sur le consentement éclairé avec les enfants du groupe Vintsy de l’Association Enfants Antananarivo.
À travers des échanges adaptés à leur âge, les enfants ont pu comprendre l’importance de dire « oui » ou « non », de respecter leur corps et celui des autres, ainsi que l’importance de demander la permission dans différentes situations du quotidien.
Un moment éducatif et interactif, visant à renforcer la confiance, le respect de soi et des autres dès le plus jeune âge.

Through age-appropriate discussions, the children learned the importance of saying "yes" or "no," respecting their own bodies and those of others, and asking for permission in various everyday situations. This educational and interactive session aimed to strengthen confidence and respect for oneself and others from a young age.

🇲🇫Ce vendredi 24 avril à Anosizato, Hygeia Medical a réalisé une séance de sensibilisation au sein de l’AIM, portant sur la dépression du post-partum et le baby blues.
Cette rencontre a été l’occasion d’informer, de sensibiliser et surtout de libérer la parole autour de ces réalités souvent méconnues ou minimisées. Les participantes ont pu mieux comprendre les signes, les différences entre baby blues et dépression post-partum, ainsi que l’importance du soutien et de l’accompagnement des jeunes mères.
Un moment fort d’écoute et de partage, pour rappeler que la santé mentale maternelle est essentielle et mérite toute notre attention.

It was a powerful moment of listening and sharing, a reminder that maternal mental health is essential and deserves our full attention.

🇲🇫Ce matin du 8 avril, Hygeia Medical a eu le plaisir de rencontrer les jeunes de Grandir Dignement Ambatoroka pour une séance de sensibilisation sur les infections sexuellement transmissibles. Dans une ambiance d’échange et de confiance, ce moment a permis de briser les tabous, de partager des informations essentielles et d’encourager chacun à devenir acteur de sa propre santé. Parce que s’informer, c’est déjà se protéger, ces jeunes repartent aujourd’hui mieux armés pour faire des choix responsables et éclairés. À travers des activités interactives, des échanges simples et adaptés à leur âge, les enfants ont pu mieux comprendre leurs émotions, apprendre à les exprimer et découvrir l’importance du bien-être mental au quotidien. Ce moment a été à la fois éducatif, ludique et enrichissant, favorisant l’écoute, le partage et la confiance en soi.
