Yesterday, the PASTECHL website experienced a temporary outage due to a cyberattack aimed at disrupting its operation.

Thanks to the swift response of our IT team, the attack was successfully mitigated, the website was fully restored, and additional security measures have been implemented to further strengthen our systems against future threats.

🌍 PASTECHL at the Annual EU Budget Conference 2026

PASTECHL Director Mr. Miodrag Zarubica and Prof. Dr. Stevo Popović from the University of Montenegro participated in the Annual EU Budget Conference 2026, organized by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Budget in Brussels.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity to advocate for stronger investment in sport, health, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence, ensuring that these priorities are reflected in the EU's future budget framework, which is expected to include Montenegro.
