🇺🇦🇫🇷 On the sidelines of VivaTech 2026, Ukraine Tech Night will bring together startups, investors, corporates, policymakers, and ecosystem leaders in Paris for an evening dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and the future of European technology. Taking place on 16 June at Village by Crédit Agricole Paris, the event serves as a meeting point for the French and Ukrainian tech communities at one of the world's leading technology gatherings.

As a partner of the Official Summit – Franco-Ukrainian Tech Synergy, EU4Innovation East is supporting the strategic discussions on the French-Ukrainian tech ecosystem and the startup pitch session featuring members of the Ukrainian delegation attending VivaTech 2026. By supporting this platform, EU4Innovation East contributes to showcasing Ukraine’s innovation potential, fostering international partnerships, and creating new opportunities for startups to connect with investors, corporates, and ecosystem leaders from across Europe.

A new infrastructure for medical innovations is emerging in Ukraine — MedTech Sandbox. This is a transparent and legal pathway for testing technologies in hospitals, where startups will be able to work with real clinical data, and the state will be able to assess the effectiveness of solutions even before they are scaled up.

At the workshop, we will explore exactly how the MedTech Sandbox will work and what steps need to be taken to be part of the first batch in the third quarter of 2026.

On 19 June, nine innovative startups from Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine will pitch on VivaTech’s Pitch Studio Stage to present their solutions. The jury brings together distinguished leaders from some of Europe’s leading innovation, incubation, and entrepreneurship organizations, offering startups valuable visibility and feedback from experienced ecosystem builders and investors.

🚀 Meet the startups pitching at the EU4Innovation East Pitch Contest during VivaTech 2026!

On 19 June, nine innovative startups from Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine will pitch on VivaTech’s Pitch Studio Stage to present their solutions to an international audience of investors, ecosystem leaders, innovation experts, and technology stakeholders. Selected through national competitions, these startups represent some of the most promising entrepreneurial talent from the Eastern Partnership region: Denovo Sciences, MedPair, TACTUN, SELFTALK, LyricFluent, Oto, SEC-TA, Z1RO, and Hydratico (H+H LABS PSA).

From AI-powered drug discovery and industrial automation to cybersecurity, climate-tech, mental health, education, and sustainable manufacturing, the startups showcase the diversity, ambition, and innovation potential emerging from Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine. At the Europe Day 2026 Info Fair in Yerevan, the EU4Innovation East booth was a buzz of activity thanks to our partners at ( ).

We witnessed firsthand the incredible talent of Armenian students aged 10–18 as they demonstrated robotics and 3D modeling projects. Armath is more than just a lab; it’s a nationwide movement providing technical education to youth across Armenia, including rural communities. By mastering robotics and electronics today, these students are building the competitive skill sets needed for the global tech stage tomorrow. 🇦🇲🇪🇺

During the Europe Day celebrations, the EU4Innovation East pavilion became a hub for young visionaries to discuss their role in a modern, European Moldova. As students and aspiring entrepreneurs shared their perspectives, one theme remained constant: the desire for a future defined by respected rights, advanced education, and the prosperity that comes from international cooperation.

"Building a resilient economy starts with a future-ready workforce." 🚀🧠

During the Europe Day 2026 celebrations in Yerevan, the EU4Innovation East booth highlighted the strategic strides Armenia is taking in technical education. A standout feature was the Generation AI initiative, led by our partners at the Fast Foundation.

This ambitious program is working to integrate Python programming and Artificial Intelligence fundamentals directly into the public school curriculum. By expanding to 40 schools and aiming to reach 85% of eligible students, Generation AI is providing young Armenians with the high-level technical foundations necessary to navigate and contribute to an increasingly AI-driven global economy. 🌐🇦🇲

At EU4Innovation East, we believe that making these specialized skills accessible is key to fostering inclusive growth and long-term innovation empowering the next generation of Armenian tech talent.
