Public Association VITA was founded by parents of children with special educational needs in 2003 from the necessity of providing them with appropriate education and ability to take part in social life of society. VITA – Ассоциация Детей и Молодежи с ограниченными возможностями Молдовы, неправительственная организация, основанная родителями в 2003 г. Название и сама организация была создана в честь слепоглухой девочки Виты в тот момент, когда стал вопрос об ее образовании.
