Meet Sebastian Flegiel 🌿
One of the teachers leading a CI Intensive at Contact+ 2026.
With 26 years of personal practice and 19 years of international teaching — from Madrid and Copenhagen to Hanoi, Bangkok and Bali — Sebastian brings a rare blend of technical precision and joyful, dynamic exploration to the floor.
His intensive, «CI as an ArtSport — Training That Becomes Poetry» runs over 4-immersive days.
Together you’ll wake the intelligence already living in your body: learning to roll so the spine sighs, to share weight so joints celebrate, to touch so partnering becomes conversation. Then you’ll let it open — playing with falling and flying, riding momentum, discovering that true support is elastic, responsive, alive.
You’ll leave with a body that no longer fears weight, height, or the unknown landing — and gravity as your most reliable partner.
❕All levels welcome — from first-timers to long practice
