IAW a atras atenţia presei germane graţie proiectelor de schimb de experienţă în inginerie şi IT şi promovare economică, pe care aceasta le implementează cu succes de câţiva ani deja, fiind percepută ca punte de legătură dintre Republica Moldova şi firmele din regiunea Schwarzwald-Baar, Germania.
Tinerii absolvenţi ai specialităţilor de inginerie Software şi Hardware din Moldova, stagiari ai IAW, mărturisesc ziarului german „Südkurier” cu mare entuziasm şi fervenţă despre experienţele lor la companiile-gazdă şi despre stilul de viaţă în Germania şi se declară satisfăcuţi de stagiul, la care au participat.
În cadrul conferinţei de presă, D-nul Ing. industrial Walter Erchinger, directorul organizaţiei IAW, a precizat, că scopul programelor de stagii, implementate de către IAW, este crearea locurilor de muncă bine remunerate în Moldova prin familiarizarea şi specializarea tinerilor ingineri moldoveni în cele mai noi şi moderne procese şi tehnologii de producţie pentru ramura industrială în cadrul firmelor germane.
Astfel, atât tinerii absolvenţi, cât şi proaspetele absolvente de la specialităţile de inginerie sunt încurajate să participe în cadrul programelor de stagii de practică cu o durată de 12 luni la companii high-tech, în special la furnizori de autovehicule sau producători de instrumente de măsură.
Stagiarii pot experimenta regulile jocului într-o economie de piață europeană direct la locul de muncă şi sunt promovaţi prin măsuri de specializare profesională. Aceasta permite tinerilor ingineri moldoveni să cunoască rapid metodele de lucru și cerințele companiilor germane.
Cu un bagaj de cunoştinţe, abilităţi şi experienţe noi, dar şi cu o serie de însărcinări de lucru, stagiarii se întorc acasă după finisarea stagiului pentru a presta în continuare servicii de programare şi inginerie orientate spre client. Printre acestea se numără de ex. elaborarea programelor de control personalizate pentru echipamente de testare utilizate în laboratoarele companiilor locale.
Convins de originalitatea proiectului de stagii de practică, este şi D-nul Reinhard Poschman, membru administrativ al IAW, care consideră iniţiativele acestei organizaţii un geniu al economiei globale, dar şi cea, care e sufletul echipei IAW, D-na Gerda Schwemmer, în atenţia căreia se află stagiarii în vederea obţinerii permisului de şedere, deschiderii unui cont bancar pentru transferul bursei lunare, cazarea stagiarilor, cursul de limba germană, astfel încât stagiarii se simt confortabil şi se integrează rapid în noile conjuncturi sociale.
Aşadar, IAW îşi exprimă speranţa creării locurilor de muncă noi, de înaltă calitate, la care inginerii moldoveni pot exercita operaţiuni de muncă de calitate superioară cu o remunerare corespunzătoare.
