Comunicat de presă / Întâlnirea regională de lansarea și instruirea pentru proiectul AGRIPERMA a avut loc cu succes

În 17 martie 2026, a avut loc întâlnirea oficială de instruire și lansare a proiectului internațional AGRIPERMA - BSB01278, în format online, cu posibilitatea participării hibride.

Întâlnirea a reunit organizațiile partenere, experți, reprezentanți ai sectoarelor de protecție a mediului și agricultură, organizații non-guvernamentale și alte părți interesate din regiunea Mării Negre.

Proiectul AGRIPERMA – „Platformă transnațională sustenabilă pentru schimbul de bune practici și cunoștințe privind agricultura regenerativă și permacultura pentru a sprijini atenuarea și adaptarea la schimbările climatice” își propune să promoveze agricultura regenerativă și practicile de permacultură pentru a sprijini adaptarea și atenuarea schimbărilor climatice, precum și pentru a reduce riscurile de mediu.

Proiectul este implementat cu sprijinul programului “EU Interreg Black Sea Basin Programme” și reunește patru organizații partenere din regiunea Mării Negre:
• Black Sea Eco Academy (BSEA) – Georgia – Partener Principal
• Black Sea NGO Network (BSNN) – Bulgaria
• Black Sea / Odesa Regional Branch of Ukrainian Environmental Academy of Sciences (BSB UEAS) – Ucraina
• Centrul de Consultanță Ecologică Cahul (CCEC) – Republica Moldova

Obiectivul Întâlnirii de Lansare a fost lansarea oficială a proiectului, prezentarea organizațiilor partenere, prezentarea obiectivelor, activităților și rezultatelor așteptate ale proiectului și planificarea procesului de cooperare între parteneri.

Ordinea de zi a întâlnirii din 17 martie a inclus:
• Deschiderea întâlnirii și înregistrarea participanților
• Prezentarea obiectivelor proiectului și a rezultatelor așteptate
• Discuții privind prioritățile programului și importanța proiectului pentru regiunea Mării Negre
• Prezentarea organizațiilor partenere
• Discuții privind planul de lucru al proiectului și principalele activități
• Prezentarea conceptului platformei internaționale de învățare online E-Farm
• Instruire privind metodologia E-Farm
• Discuții și sesiune de întrebări și răspunsuri cu participanții

În cadrul proiectului, sunt planificate următoarele activități:
• Dezvoltarea unei platforme transnaționale de e-learning E-Farm
• Publicarea unui ghid practic pentru fermieri
• Elaborarea de hărți interactive
• Crearea de ferme demonstrative de permacultură în cele patru țări partenere
• Promovarea practicilor agricole inovatoare și durabile din punct de vedere ecologic.

Proiectul va contribui la dezvoltarea unei agriculturi rezistente la schimbările climatice, va facilita schimbul de cunoștințe și experiențe între țările din regiunea Mării Negre și va consolida cooperarea regională în abordarea provocărilor de mediu.

Press Release / The Regional Kick-off Meeting and Training for the AGRIPERMA Project Was Successfully Held

On 17 March 2026, official Kick-off Meeting and training of the international project AGRIPERMA took place in an online format with the possibility of hybrid participation.

The meeting brought together partner organizations, experts, representatives of the environmental protection and agricultural sectors, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders from the Black Sea region.

The project AGRIPERMA – “Sustainable transnational platform for exchange of good practices and knowledge on regenerative agriculture and permaculture to support climate change mitigation and adaptation” aims to promote regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices in order to support climate change adaptation and mitigation, as well as to reduce environmental risks.

The project is implemented with the support of the EU Interreg Black Sea Basin Programme and brings together four partner organizations from the Black Sea region:
• Black Sea Eco Academy (BSEA) – Georgia – Lead Partner
• Black Sea NGO Network (BSNN) – Bulgaria
• Black Sea / Odesa Regional Branch of Ukrainian Environmental Academy of Sciences (BSB UEAS) – Ukraine
• Ecological Counseling Center Cahul (ECCC) – Moldova

The objective of the Kick-off Meeting was to officially launch the project, introduce the partner organizations, present the project’s objectives, activities and expected results, and plan the cooperation process among the partners.

The agenda of the meeting on 17 March included:
• Opening of the meeting and participant registration
• Presentation of the project objectives and expected results
• Discussion of the programme priorities and the project’s importance for the Black Sea region
• Presentation of partner organizations
• Discussion of the project work plan and main activities
• Presentation of the concept of the international online learning platform E-Farm
• Training in E-Farm methodology
• Discussion and Q&A session with participants

Within the framework of the project, the following activities are planned:
• Development of a transnational E-learning platform – E-Farm
• Publication of a practical guidebook for farmers
• Development of interactive maps
• Establishment of permaculture demonstration farms in the four partner countries
• Promotion of environmentally sustainable and innovative agricultural practices

The project will contribute to the development of climate-resilient agriculture, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience among Black Sea region countries, and strengthen regional cooperation in addressing environmental challenges.

“Building a Transnational Network for Sturgeon Conservation in the Black Sea Basin”

The event is organised within the framework of the BSB00172 SturNet project (Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin) and aims to strengthen transnational cooperation for the protection of sturgeon species and their habitats across the Black Sea Basin and the Danube region.

During the workshop, participants will be introduced to:
— the progress and key results of the SturNet project;
— the project web platform and the newly developed mobile application;
— the digital mapping tool for key habitats;
— good practices and opportunities for cooperation among regional initiatives.

A special focus will be placed on knowledge exchange and building practical partnerships among stakeholders.

📌 On 8 April, a field visit to the Danube Delta area will also be organised, focusing on engagement with local communities and fishermen regarding the prevention of accidental sturgeon catches and proper live release practices.

📢 Consolidating Stronger Cooperation for a Sustainable Black Sea Future

In March 2026 the Ecological Counseling Center Cahul signed two Memorandums of Cooperation, one with Maritime University of Constanta and another with "Ovidius" University of Constanta. This step is an important move in the development of the partnerships, under the project “Carbon Binding Blue Black Sea – BSB00020 -BlueC” which is funded by the Interreg VI-B NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.

These memorandums establish a framework for long-term collaboration among partners to achieve the objectives of the project. Through these memorandums, the partners aim to strengthen cooperation and coordination, while supporting the development and implementation of sustainable management measures. Together, we are committed to preserving marine biodiversity and promoting a sustainable future for the Black Sea Basin.

📢 Consolidating Stronger Cooperation for a Sustainable Black Sea Future

In March 2026 the Ecological Counseling Center Cahul signed two Memorandums of Cooperation. one with Maritime University of Constanta and another with "Ovidius" University of Constanta. This step is an important move in the development of the partnerships, under the project “Network for the Preservation of Sturgeon and the Sustainability of the Black Sea Basin Ecosystem – BSB00172 - SturNet “ which is funded by the Interreg VI-B NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.

These memorandums establish the partners aim to ensure long-term cooperation, enhance coordination, and support the development and implementation of sustainable management measures that contribute to the protection of sturgeon populations and the preservation of the ecological balance of the Black Sea Basin. We are pleased to announce the official launch of the AGRIPERMA project.

The teams of project ‘Sustainable transnational platform for exchange of good practices and knowledge on regenerative agriculture and permaculture to support climate change mitigation and adaptation - AGRIPERMA - BSB01278’, Interreg VI-B NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, are pleased to invite you to an online regional event – project kick-off meeting with training on 17 – 18 March 2026, starting 15:00 Baku, Tbilisi, Yerevan /13:00 h Sofia/Kyiv/Chisinau.
