What seems to be a card magic is in fact mathematics behind. Khazhgali Kozhasov, researcher and professor of mathematics at the Université Côte d’Azur inspired the children who came together yesterday in Maison des associations in 🇮🇩. Our idea is to create two groups of children (8-10 y.o and 10-13 y.o.) who are genuinely interested in developing their mathematical skills and abilities to solve problems. Smart children- bright future. Let’s go, Monaco!

Yesterday UMA and Cercle d'Echecs de Monte-Carlo welcomed a group of Ukrainian children from temporary occupied Mariupol, Luhansk, Kherson and those, who lost their parents in the war. We thank Комара Ірина and Iryna Komara, ALEKSANDR SAVCHUK CANCER CHARITY | science | art | health and for their efforts and organization. Children are our future!

Happy Mother’s Day! UMA conducted a flower workshop. It was nice and beautiful. 300€ from collected funds go to a charity foundation “Sail of hope” in Odesa. They take care of cancer sick children. May all the mothers be happy and all the children safe and healthy! A big thank you to everyone who participated and supported! Special thank you goes to our Creative Director Kateryna Ignatova!

Today UMA conducted pysanka workshop. 17 people participated. Pysanka belongs to our DNA and is unique tradition of Eastern egg painting. Every symbol and color has a meaning. 500€ of collected funds today are going to help children in Odesa, who are undergoing cancer treatments. Thanks to all, who participated and donated! Slava Ukraine! 🇮🇩🇺🇦
