Today marks one year since we lost Eddie. One year since the world lost one of its most extraordinary originals.
A year without his energy, his laughter, his boldness, and that unique ability he had to make everyone around him feel like anything was possible.
To the world, he was a trailblazer. To us, he was a friend, a mentor, and a constant source of belief. Eddie had a rare gift; he saw potential in people before they saw it in themselves, and he pushed them to go after it, relentlessly and with joy.
Out of grief came purpose. The Eddie Jordan Foundation was created to carry forward everything that mattered most to him - backing people, opening doors, and encouraging the next generation to take risks, be fearless, and find their own path.
In just one year, we have been humbled by the response. We partnered with Trinity College Dublin and DCU Solar Racing, launched a young driver programme, took Full Throttle to the Irish bestseller list, officially launched in South Africa, and began building a lasting e-learning legacy for young adults around the world. Every single milestone has been driven by one question, What Would Eddie Do?
We're only getting started. And we know he'd have something to say about that. 😄
We miss him every day. We carry him with us always.
