تسعى الجمعية إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية
تعزيز السياسات العامة لصالح إعادة هيكلة ، وإصلاح قطاع التعليم بالمغرب.
تأسيس مركز بحوث ، على شكل "ثينك تانك" (think- tank) ،
لتطوير الأبحاث الأكاديمية في مجال التعليم وما إلى ذلك من القطاعات الأخرى.
اقتراح سياسات عامة موجهة لصناع القرار، للرأي العام، و للأطراف المعنية ، ذات طابع مستدام، وعملي، و خلاق.
العمل على خلق شراكات مع مختلف فعاليات المجتمع الناشطة في ميادين التعليم قصد وضع استراتيجيات إصلاحية تستجيب للمتطلبات الراهنة والمستقبلية
الدفع باتجاه تأسيس مجموعات ضغط لتبني قضايا الشباب
