📢 Le procès du bad buzzzeur « Ben Nsns », poursuivi après la diffusion de la vidéo montrant un chien 🐕 abattu puis consommé 🍽️ à l'occasion de l'Aïd, a été reporté.

🎥 Le YouTubeur marocain, connu pour ses vidéos à scandales, avait été interpellé 🚔 à Martil dans la soirée du 4 juin, à la suite d'une plainte déposée par la Société Protectrice des Animaux du Maroc (SPA du Maroc) / The Humane Society of Morocco (HSM).

⚠️ Il lui est reproché d'avoir filmé puis diffusé sur les réseaux sociaux 📱 une vidéo montrant l'abattage et la consommation d'un chien le jour de l'Aïd Al-Adha, suscitant une vive émotion 💔 au Maroc 🇲🇦 et à l'international 🌍.

📅 La prochaine audience est désormais fixée au 15 juin.

⚖️🐕 BEN NSNS CASE 🚨

📢 The trial of controversial content creator “Ben Nsns”, who is being prosecuted following the publication of a video showing a dog 🐕 being killed and then consumed 🍽️ during Eid, has been postponed.

🎥 The Moroccan YouTuber, known for his scandalous videos, was arrested 🚔 in Martil on the evening of June 4 following a complaint filed by the Société Protectrice des Animaux du Maroc (SPA du Maroc) / The Humane Society of Morocco (HSM).

⚠️ He is accused of filming and then sharing on social media 📱 a video showing the killing and consumption of a dog on Eid Al-Adha, sparking widespread outrage 💔 in Morocco 🇲🇦 and internationally 🌍.

📅 The next hearing has now been scheduled for June 15.

⚖️ This case represents an important test of the enforcement of Moroccan laws regarding animal cruelty 🐾 and the dissemination of such acts on social media 📲.

🎥🐕 News from Bony, the survivor.

Yesterday, we showed you his last glance toward the animal hell of Médiouna.

Today, we are showing you his first step toward a new life. ❤️

After being rescued from the Médiouna facility, where he was condemned to die, Bony was taken to the veterinarian to receive all the care he needed.

💉 He has been vaccinated.
✂️ He has been neutered.
🏷️ He has been identified and tagged.
💊 He is receiving antibiotic treatment.
🦠 He has received antiparasitic treatment.

In short, we have fulfilled every commitment we made to CasaBaia in order to save him.

Bony is not dangerous.

Bony is not an aggressive dog.

Bony is simply a dog who had the misfortune of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. 💔

But while his ordeal in Médiouna is over, our mission is only just beginning.

⚠️ By committing to save Bony, we also committed not to return him to the beach where he used to live.

We must now find him a long-term solution as quickly as possible.

🏡 A forever adoptive family.

Or, in the meantime, a boarding facility where he can stay safe.

💸 We now need to cover the cost of his boarding, estimated at at least €10 per day, until an adoptive family finally opens their door to him.

Between veterinary consultations, medication, vaccination, neutering, identification, and now accommodation, several hundred euros have already been spent to save Bony.

And unfortunately, the expenses continue to grow every day.

As always, we have advanced these costs ourselves, even though we are already heavily in debt because of the many animals under our care.

As our vehicle leaves the so-called "animal center" at the Mediouna landfill, Bony turns around one last time.

What does he see at that moment?

He remembers the endless hell he has just endured — four days that must have felt like four centuries. 🔥

He remembers the cries of pain from the dogs locked inside the cages. 😭

He remembers the hunger, the fear, the stress, and the death that surrounded him. ☠️

Most of all, he remembers the thousands of other dogs who will never have the chance he was given today, because for him, there was us. 😿

Despite the cold indifference of many local residents who knew him but chose to do nothing, as if he had never existed, after lengthy administrative procedures, hundreds of kilometers traveled, countless hours of work and phone calls, we finally succeeded in getting Bony out of the hell of Mediouna, where he had been condemned to die behind bars before eventually being buried beneath tons of waste.

💔 Bony is the community dog who was captured this week despite having done nothing wrong.

He was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

While a dog belonging to an owner had bitten a beachgoer, it was the community dogs — the very dogs that had tried to protect the victim — who became the targets of CasaBAIA's dog catchers. 🔗

Bony paid the price.

⚖️ Despite the many challenges we face, as a responsible animal welfare organization acting in full compliance with the law, we committed ourselves to taking him into our care, vaccinating him, neutering him, and ensuring that he would never be returned to the streets.

People often ask us:

❓ “Why don’t you save more dogs?”

❓ “What does your organization actually do?”

Criticism is easy; action is difficult. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The reality is that saving even a single dog does not happen with the snap of a finger.

Saving one dog requires administrative procedures, travel, veterinary expenses, time, energy, and enormous financial resources...

🎥🐕 Des nouvelles de Bony le revenant.

Hier, nous vous montrions son dernier regard vers l'enfer animalier de Médiouna.

Aujourd'hui, nous vous montrons son premier pas vers une nouvelle vie. ❤️

Après avoir été rescapé du centre de Médiouna où il était condamné à mourir, Bony a été conduit chez le vétérinaire afin de recevoir tous les soins dont il avait besoin.

💉 Il a été vacciné.
✂️ Il a été stérilisé.
🏷️ Il a été identifié et bouclé.
💊 Il est sous traitement antibiotique.
🦠 Il a reçu un traitement antiparasitaire.

Bref, nous avons tenu tous les engagements que nous avions pris auprès de CasaBaia pour pouvoir le sauver.

Bony n'est pas un danger.

Bony n'est pas un chien agressif.

Bony est simplement un chien qui a eu le malheur de se trouver au mauvais endroit au mauvais moment. 💔

Mais si son calvaire à Médiouna est terminé, notre mission, elle, ne fait que commencer.

⚠️ En nous engageant à sauver Bony, nous nous sommes également engagés à ne pas le réintroduire sur la plage où il vivait auparavant.

Nous devons donc désormais lui trouver une solution durable rapidement.

🏡 Une famille adoptive définitive.

Ou, dans l'attente, une pension où il pourra rester en sécurité.

💸 À présent, nous devons financer sa pension, estimée à au moins 10 € par jour, jusqu'à ce qu'une famille adoptive lui ouvre enfin sa porte.

Entre les consultations vétérinaires, les médicaments, la vaccination, la stérilisation, l'identification et désormais son hébergement, plusieurs centaines d'euros ont déjà été engagés pour sauver Bony.

Et malheureusement, les frais continuent de s'accumuler chaque jour.

Et comme toujours, nous avons avancé ces frais alors que nous sommes déjà fortement endettés par les nombreux animaux que nous prenons en charge.

⚠️🐕 Beach incident this week: when community dogs pay the price... 😿

👥 According to several witnesses present at the scene, a beachgoer was walking with his dog off leash when it suddenly ran toward a Sub-Saharan African man.

😨 Believing the dog was about to attack him, the victim reportedly panicked and tried to run away while shouting. The dog then allegedly bit him.

🐕🐕‍🦺 At that moment, several community dogs living in the area, all well known to regular beachgoers, vaccinated 💉 and sterilized, rushed over and intervened by attacking the aggressor dog. Their intervention helped stop the incident and prevented the victim from suffering further injuries.

🏃 Apparently fearing possible legal consequences, the dog's owner then left the scene, claiming that his dog had done nothing wrong and that the attack had been caused by a community dog.

🩹 The victim subsequently went to the first-aid station to receive the necessary treatment.

🚨 Authorities then contacted CasaBaia to capture a dog, without providing further details. Upon arrival, the agents not only captured Bony, one of the community dogs living on the beach, but also attempted to capture several other vaccinated and sterilized dogs, even though these animals were not responsible for the bite and had only intervened afterward to help the victim.

😢 Captured violently with a metal lasso, Bony cried out in distress in front of children 👧👦 and tourists 🏖️. He was then transported to the infamous Médiouna Animal Center.

❓ One simple question arises:

Why were vaccinated 💉, sterilized, and well-known community dogs targeted instead?

⚖️ Punishing animals that heroically intervened to help cannot be considered an acceptable response.

📢 Beyond this incident, it is important to remember a reality we have been explaining for years.

Imagine that all the community dogs on this beach were removed, as has already happened in several areas of the Casablanca region, including Sidi Rahal and Dar Bouazza... (rest of the text in first comment ⤵️)
