في إطار التفاعل مع التوجيهات الملكية السامية الداعية إلى تعزيز الثقة في المؤسسات، وتقوية مشاركة النساء والشباب في التنمية المحلية، نظّمت الجمعية الوطنية للشباب الطموح، يوم السبت 29 نونبر 2025، بدار الشباب الزهور بفاس، يوماً دراسياً ناجحاً تحت عنوان:
«النساء والشباب بين التأطير الاجتماعي والمواطنة الفاعلة: مقاربات اجتماعية ونفسية وقانونية وتنموية لترسيخ الثقة في المؤسسات»
بشراكة مع المديرية الجهوية لقطاع الشباب فاس-مكناس، وبتنسيق مع إدارة دار الشباب الزهور.
يأتي هذا اللقاء في سياق وطني يعرف دينامية كبيرة في مجالات التنمية، والعدالة الاجتماعية، وتمكين الفئات النسائية والشابة، انسجاماً مع الرؤية الملكية التي تجعل من التأطير ركيزة أساسية لبناء الثقة ودعم التنمية البشرية والمجالية.
وقد شهد اليوم الدراسي حضوراً وازناً للنساء والشباب والفاعلين المدنيين والسياسيين، تميز بنقاش علمي وتفاعلي مثمر بين المؤطرين والمشاركين، تناول مختلف الجوانب الاجتماعية والقانونية والنفسية المرتبطة بالمواطنة الفاعلة والثقة في المؤسسات.
أطر هذا اللقاء ثلة من الأساتذة الجامعيين والباحثين والخبراء في مجالات القانون، التربية، الاجتماع، والسياسة، الذين ساهموا بمداخلاتهم القيمة في إغناء النقاش وتبادل الخبرات.
وتتقدم الجمعية الوطنية للشباب الطموح بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى السلطات المحلية، والمديرية الجهوية لقطاع الشباب فاس-مكناس، وإدارة دار الشباب الزهور، على دعمهم وتعاونهم في إنجاح هذا اليوم الدراسي.
وتؤكد الجمعية أنها تظل فضاءً مدنياً مستقلاً، يشتغل بمسؤولية وروح وطنية، منفتح على جميع الفاعلين، بعيداً عن أي اصطفاف سياسي أو حزبي، مساهمةً منها في ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة والمواطنة المسؤولة.

As part of its engagement with the Royal Directives aiming to strengthen citizens’ trust in institutions and promote the participation of women and youth in local development,
the National Association of Ambitious Youth (ANJA) organized, on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Dar Chabab Az-Zohour – Fez, a successful study day under the theme:
“Women and Youth between Social Empowerment and Active Citizenship: Social, Psychological, Legal, and Developmental Approaches to Strengthening Trust in Institutions.”
This event was organized in partnership with the Regional Directorate of Youth of Fez-Meknes and in coordination with the management of Dar Chabab Az-Zohour.
The meeting took place in the context of Morocco’s ongoing national efforts to promote inclusive development, social justice, and the empowerment of women and youth — in line with the Royal Vision that considers social engagement and active citizenship as key pillars for building trust and advancing human and territorial development.
The study day was marked by strong participation from women, youth, and civil society actors, with dynamic and insightful discussions between speakers and participants addressing the social, psychological, and legal dimensions of citizenship and institutional trust.
The event brought together a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and experts in the fields of law, education, social sciences, and governance, whose valuable interventions enriched the debate and shared practical perspectives.
The National Association of Ambitious Youth extends its sincere appreciation to the local authorities, the Regional Directorate of Youth of Fez-Meknes, and the management of Dar Chabab Az-Zohour for their collaboration and support in ensuring the success of this initiative.
The association reaffirms its commitment as an independent civil platform, working responsibly and transparently, open to all actors, and free from any political affiliation — contributing to the promotion of participatory culture and active citizenship among Moroccan youth and women.
Under the slogan: “Effective Empowerment... Lasting Trust.”
