🌍 Celebrating World Mental Health Day!

Today, we joined the world in commemorating World Mental Health Day. Young people at Club Rafiki strengthened their understanding of mental health through an educational game that encouraged learning and open discussions.

Mariam, a young girl from Mageragere, shared her thoughts:

“This activity helped me understand the importance of mental health and reminded me that taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies.”

Together, let’s break the stigma, raise awareness, and promote mental well-being among young people.

Today, we started our English Camp in Kanyinya, helping children build confidence and fluency in English while developing life skills, discipline, and positive habits to support them in their studies.
