في إطار مواكبة الأسر وبهدف تعزيز روابطها بأبنائها، نظمت المساعدة الاجتماعية لبرنامج مأوى الأطفال لجمعية بيتي، خرجة لفائدة الأسر وأبناءها.

يعتبر هذا الإجراء من بين أهم الإجراءات التي لها الأثر الكبير والعميق في مجال تعزيز دور الأسر في الحفاظ على أواصر الأسرة وتعزيز الروابط ما بين كل أفرادها.

تضمن برنامج الخرجة أنشطة ترفيهية ومسلية، تخللتها أحاديث متفرقة فيما بين الأسر والأطفال تارة وتارة ما بين الأسر فيما بينها تميزت بالفكاهة والطرافة نأت بهم عما يعانونه من مشاكل ومآسي.

استفاد من هذ الخرجة التي نظمت يوم السبت 25 أبريل 2026 بمنطقة أولاد حصار بضواحي المحمدية الأسر وأطفالهم.

تم اختيار الأطفال المستفيدين ممن يتم إعدادهم لإعادة الإدماج الأسري.

Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement des familles et en vue de renforcer leurs liens avec leurs enfants, l'assistance sociale du programme foyer d'accueil de l'association Bayti a organisé une sortie au profit des familles et de leurs enfants.

Cette initiative figure parmi les actions les plus importantes ayant un impact significatif et profond dans le domaine du renforcement du rôle des familles pour préserver les liens familiaux et consolider les relations entre tous leurs membres.

Le programme de cette sortie comprenait des activités récréatives et divertissantes, entrecoupées de discussions tantôt entre les familles et les enfants, tantôt entre les familles elles-mêmes, marquées par l'humour et la légèreté, les éloignant ainsi des problèmes et des malheurs qu'elles subissent.

Cette sortie, organisée le samedi 25 avril 2026 dans la région d'Oulad Hssar, en banlieue de Mohammedia, a bénéficié aux familles et à leurs enfants.

Les enfants participants ont été sélectionnés parmi ceux en cours de préparation pour une réintégration familiale.

As part of the support for families and with the aim of strengthening their bonds with their children, the social assistance program of Bayti Association's children's shelter organized an outing for families and their children.

This initiative is among the most important actions that have a significant and profound impact in the field of strengthening the role of families in preserving family ties and consolidating relationships among all their members.

The outing program included recreational and entertaining activities, interspersed with conversations sometimes between families and children, and other times among the families themselves. These interactions were marked by humor and lightheartedness, providing a respite from the problems and hardships they face.

This outing, organized on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in the Oulad Hssar area on the outskirts of Mohammedia, benefited families and their children.

The participating children were selected from those currently being prepared for family reintegration.

استقبال طلاب معهد "IGENSIA Alternance" تولوز بجمعية بيتي بطلب وتنسيق مع المدرسة العليا لأعمال.
خلال هذه الزيارة تعرف الطلبة على الجمعية وأنشطتها وإنجازاتها، وعبر الزوار عن انبهارهم بما تقوم به الجمعية من أنشطة وبرامج لفائدة الطفولة في وضعية صعبة.

Accueil des étudiants de l'institut IGENSIA Alternance Toulouse à l'association Bayti, à la demande et en coordination avec l'École Supérieure des Affaires (ESA).

Lors de cette visite, les étudiants ont découvert l'association, ses activités et ses réalisations. Les visiteurs ont exprimé leur admiration pour les actions et les programmes menés par l'association en faveur des enfants en situation difficile.

Merci aux étudiants pour leur visite et pour les cadeaux qu'ils ont offerts à l'association. Nos remerciements s'adressent également aux organisateurs, et en particulier à l'École Supérieure des Affaires.

Dans le cadre du projet « Maa'an min Ajli Adala Himaiya Lil Atfal wa Nissaa Almohtajazate maa Atfalihina » (Ensemble pour une justice protectrice des enfants et des femmes détenues avec leurs enfants), mis en œuvre conjointement par l’association Bayti et la fondation AIDA, avec la participation de DCI en tant qu’entité affiliée, en coordination avec la DGAPR et avec l’appui financier de l’Union européenne, une attention particulière est accordée au renforcement des compétences des étudiant·e·s en droit impliqué·e·s dans les activités de la Clinique juridique de Casablanca.
Dans ce cadre, une session de formation de trois jours s’est tenue les 20, 21 et 22 avril à l’hôtel Idou Anfa à Casablanca. Ce cycle de formation, animé par M. Alex Karamotos, directeur exécutif de Defense for Children International, s’est articulé autour de plusieurs modules complémentaires, à savoir :
Module 1 : Introduction à la justice pour enfants;
Module 2 : Le Comité des droits de l’enfant;
Module 3 : L’intérêt supérieur de l’enfant;
Module 4 : Les cadres régionaux africain et arabe pour une justice adaptée aux enfants;
Modules 5 et 6 : Le rôle de l’avocat dans une justice adaptée à l’enfant;
Module 7 : Les enfants privés de liberté

في إطار مشروع "معًا من أجل عدالة حامية للأطفال والنساء المحتجزات رفقة أطفالهن، الذي تشرف على تنفيذه جمعية بيتي بشراكة مع مؤسسة عيدا « AIDA »، ومشاركة منظمة الدفاع عن الأطفال الدولية (DCI) ككيان منتسب، وبالتنسيق مع المندوبية العامة لإدارة السجون وإعادة الإدماج (DGAPR)، ودعم مالي من الاتحاد الأوروبي، تم إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتعزيز قدرات الطلبة والباحثين في القانون المشاركين في أنشطة "العيادة القانونية" بالدار البيضاء.
وفي هذا السياق، تم تنظيم دورة تكوينية لمدة ثلاثة أيام، 20 و21 و22 أبريل بفندق إيدو أنفا بالدار البيضاء.
قام بتنشيط هذه الدورة التكوينية السيد أليكس كاراموتوس، المدير التنفيذي لمنظمة الدفاع عن الأطفال الدولية، وتناولت عدة وحدات:
الوحدة 1: مقدمة في عدالة الأطفال؛
الوحدة 2: لجنة حقوق الطفل؛
الوحدة 3: المصلحة الفضلى للطفل؛
الوحدة 4: الأطر الإقليمية الإفريقية والعربية للعدالة الملائمة للأطفال؛
الوحدتان 5 و6: دور المحامي في عدالة ملائمة للطفل؛
الوحدة 7: الأطفال المحرومون من الحرية.

Within the framework of the project "Maa'an min Ajli Adala Himaiya Lil Atfal wa Nissaa Almohtajazate maa Atfalihina" (Together for a protective justice for children and women detained with their children), implemented jointly by the association Bayti and the AIDA foundation, with the participation of DCI as an affiliated entity, in coordination with the DGAPR and with the financial support of the European Union, particular attention is given to strengthening the skills of law students involved in the activities of the Casablanca Legal Clinic.
In this context, a three-day training session was held on April 20, 21, and 22 at the Idou Anfa Hotel in Casablanca. This training cycle, led by Mr. Alex Karamotos, Executive Director of Defense for Children International, was structured around several complementary modules, namely:
Module 1: Introduction to Juvenile Justice;
Module 2: The Committee on the Rights of the Child;
Module 3: The Best Interest of the Child;
Module 4: African and Arab Regional Frameworks for Child-Friendly Justice;
Modules 5 and 6: The Role of the Lawyer in Child-Friendly Justice;
Module 7: Children Deprived of Liberty

مشاركة جمعية بيتي ضمن الجمعيات المنتقاة في إطلاق البرنامج الوطني "رعاية" الخاص بمرافقة الشباب نزلاء مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية.
أُطلق هذا البرنامج رسميًا خلال لقاء نظم يوم الخميس بمدينة سلا، من قبل وزارة التضامن والإدماج الاجتماعي والأسرة. يهدف البرنامج إلى ضمان مرافقة وإدماج الأطفال والشباب بعد مغادرتهم لهذه المؤسسات عند بلوغهم سن 18 سنة. ويقدم البرنامج مجموعة متكاملة من الخدمات تشمل الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى برامج تدريبية مع التتبع، بهدف إدماجهم مهنيًا واجتماعيًا. ويتحقق هذا الهدف من خلال وضع "مشروع حياة" شخصي لكل طفل أو شاب مستفيد.

وفي هذا الإطار، وبحضور ممثلين عن مؤسسات وطنية والسلطة القضائية ومنظمات دولية، تم توقيع اتفاقيتين إطارتين:

الأولى بين وزارة التضامن والإدماج الاجتماعي والأسرة والقطاعات الوزارية المعنية والمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية
الثانية بين الوزارة والتعاون الوطني وبعض الجمعيات النشيطة في هذا المجال ، من بينها بيتي ووقعت على الاتفاقية السيد أمينة لمليح نائبة رئيس الجمعية.
تهدف هذه الاتفاقيات إلى تنزيل وتفعيل البرنامج الوطني "رعاية".

Bayti fait partie des associations sélectionnées dans le cadre du lancement du programme national « Riaya » dédié à l'accompagnement des jeunes issus des établissements de protection sociale.

Ce programme a été officiellement lancé lors d'une rencontre organisée, jeudi à Salé, par le ministère de la Solidarité, de l'Insertion sociale et de la Famille. Il vise à assurer l'accompagnement et l'insertion des enfants et des jeunes à l'issue de leur parcours dans ces établissements, lorsqu'ils atteignent l'âge de 18 ans. Pour cela, il propose un ensemble intégré de services incluant un accompagnement psychologique et social, ainsi que des actions de formation et de suivi, en vue de leur insertion professionnelle et sociale. Cet objectif se concrétise notamment par l'élaboration d'un « projet de vie » personnalisé pour chaque enfant ou jeune concerné.

À cette occasion, et en présence de représentants d'institutions nationales, de l'autorité judiciaire et d'organisations internationales, deux conventions-cadres ont été signées :

- La première entre le ministère de la Solidarité, de l'Insertion sociale et de la Famille, les départements ministériels concernés et l'INDH (Initiative nationale pour le développement humain) ;

- La seconde entre le ministère, l'Entraide nationale et les associations actives dans ce domaine. Parmi elles, Bayti, et la convention a été signée par Mme Amina Lamlih, vice-présidente de l'association.

Ces conventions visent à concrétiser la mise en œuvre du programme national « Riaya ».

Bayti is among the associations selected as part of the launch of the national program "Riaya," dedicated to supporting young people from social protection institutions.

This program was officially launched during a meeting held on Thursday in Salé, organized by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family. It aims to ensure the support and integration of children and young people after they leave these institutions upon reaching the age of 18. To achieve this, the program offers a comprehensive set of services, including psychological and social support, as well as training and follow-up initiatives to facilitate their professional and social integration. This goal is achieved, in particular, through the development of a personalized "life project" for each child or young person involved.

On this occasion, and in the presence of representatives from national institutions, the judiciary, and international organizations, two framework agreements were signed:

The first between the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family, the relevant ministerial departments, and the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH).
The second between the Ministry, National Mutual Aid, and the active associations in this field. Among them, Bayti, and the agreement was signed by Ms. Amina Lamlih, vice-president of the association.
These agreements aim to implement the national "Riaya" program.

في إطار مشروع رسيف للوقاية من العنف وحماية الأطفال في وضعية تنقل، شاركت جمعية بيتي في الدورة الثانية من الندوة عبر الوطنية لبرنامج رسيف، التي نظمها مركز Casal dels Infantsوذلك أيام 15، 16 و 17 أبريل 2026 بمدينة طنجة.
نظمت هذه الندوة بهدف تعزيز التعاون، ومكافحة جميع أشكال العنف، وتحسين ولوج الأطفال في وضعية تنقل إلى حقوقهم والخدمات الأساسية. وشارك فيها فاعلين من المجتمع المدني، وممثلي مؤسسات عمومية، بالإضافة إلى خبراء أكاديميين من المغرب، وإسبانيا وفرنسا وبلجيكا.

على مدى هذه الأيام الثلاث، شاركت جمعية بيتي بخبرتها وممارساتها الجيدة في مجال حماية الطفولة، وساهمت في تحديد التحديات الكبرى، وشاركت في وضع توصيات مشتركة.

Dans le cadre du projet RASSIF pour la prévention des violences et la protection des enfants en mobilité, l'Association BAYTI a participé à la 2ème édition du Symposium transnational RASSIF, organisé par Casal dels Infants, les 15, 16 et 17 avril 2026 à Tanger.

Ce symposium a été organisé dans le but de renforcer la coopération, de lutter contre toutes les formes de violences et d'améliorer l'accès des enfants en mobilité à leurs droits et aux services essentiels. Y ont participé des acteurs de la société civile, des représentants d'institutions publiques, ainsi que des experts académiques du Maroc, d'Espagne, de France et de Belgique.

Durant ces trois jours, l'Association BAYTI a partagé son expertise et ses bonnes pratiques en matière de protection de l'enfance, a contribué à l'identification des défis majeurs et a participé à l'élaboration de recommandations communes.

As part of the RASSIF project for the prevention of violence and the protection of children in mobility, the BAYTI Association participated in the 2nd edition of the RASSIF transnational symposium, organized by Casal dels Infants, on April 15, 16 and 17, 2026, in Tangier.

This symposium was organized with the aim of strengthening cooperation, combating all forms of violence, and improving access for children in mobility to their rights and essential services. Participants included civil society actors, representatives of public institutions, as well as academic experts from Morocco, Spain, France, and Belgium.

Over these three days, the BAYTI Association shared its expertise and best practices in the field of child protection, contributed to identifying major challenges, and took part in developing common recommendations.

مشاركة الطفلة مروة من برنامج مركز بيتي عين الشق في الدورة الإقليمية الأولى لبرلمان أطفال الدار البيضاء – سطات التي نظمت يومي 16 و17 أبريل في المركز الجهوي لمهن التربية والتكوين، بحضور السيد مدير الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين بالدار البيضاء، ومديري الإدارات الجهوية الستة عشر في المنطقة.

في اليوم هذه الدورة انتخاب أعضاء لجنة التحكيم، بالإضافة إلى وضع آليات عمل برلمان الأطفال الجهوي. كما شارك أطفال البرلمان في ورشات عمل لتحديد أولويات منطقتهم.

وفي اليوم الثاني، نظمت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني ورشات للأطفال البرلمانيين تمكنوا من خلالها التعرف على جهود المديرية لحماية الأطفال، سواء كانوا ضحايا أو شهودا أو مبلّغين، بالإضافة إلى شرح الآليات المتاحة للجمهور، بما في ذلك منصة "تقرير" ومنصة "طفلي المفقود".

La jeune du programme du centre Bayti Aïn Chock, a pris part à la première session régionale du Parlement des enfants de Casablanca-Settat. Cet événement s'est tenu les 16 et 17 avril au Centre Régional des Métiers de l'Éducation et de la Formation, en présence de Monsieur le Directeur de l'Académie Régionale de l'Éducation et de la Formation de Casablanca et des directeurs des seize administrations régionales de la région.

Lors de cette session, les membres de la commission d'arbitrage ont été élus, et les mécanismes de fonctionnement du Parlement régional des enfants ont été établis. Les enfants parlementaires ont également participé à des ateliers pour déterminer les priorités régionales de leur groupe.

Le deuxième jour, la Direction Générale de la Sûreté Nationale a organisé des ateliers pour les enfants parlementaires. Ceux-ci ont permis de découvrir les efforts déployés par la direction pour protéger les enfants, qu'ils soient victimes, témoins ou lanceurs d'alerte. Les mécanismes disponibles pour le grand public ont également été expliqués, notamment les plateformes "Reportage" et "Mon enfant disparu".

Marwa from the Bayti Aïn Chock Center program took part in the first regional session of the Children's Parliament of Casablanca-Settat. This event was held on April 16 and 17 at the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions, in the presence of the Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training in Casablanca and the directors of the sixteen regional administrations in the area.

During this session, members of the arbitration committee were elected, and the operational mechanisms of the Regional Children's Parliament were established. The child parliamentarians also participated in workshops to determine the regional priorities of their group.

On the second day, the General Directorate of National Security organized workshops for the child parliamentarians. These workshops allowed them to learn about the efforts made by the directorate to protect children, whether they are victims, witnesses, or whistleblowers. The mechanisms available to the general public were also explained, including the platforms "Reportage" and "Mon Enfant Disparu" (My Missing Child).

في إطار الشراكة التي تجمع جمعية بيتي وجمعية دعم وحدة حماية الطفولة للدار البيضاء وبدعم من المكتب الدولي لحقوق الطفل - كندا، تم تنظيم ورشة التكوين الثالثة لفائدة الأسر وذلك يوم 8 أبريل 2026 بدار درب غلف.
تضمن الورشة تكوين حول العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي واستفادت منها مجموعة من الأسر.
تندرج هذه الورشة ضمن الدورة الثانية من المشروع المجتمعي.

Dans le cadre du partenariat entre l’association Bayti et l’association d’appui à l’unité de protection de l’enfance de Casablanca, et avec le soutien du Bureau International des Droits de l’Enfant (Canada), un troisième atelier de formation a été organisé à l’intention des familles le 8 avril 2026 à Dar Derb Ghalef.
Cet atelier comprenait une formation sur la violence basée sur le genre et a bénéficié à un groupe de familles.
Cette activité s’inscrit dans le cadre du deuxième cycle du projet communautaire.

كما جرت العادة كل سنة، تم تنظيم انتخابات ممثلي الأطفال الخاص ببرنامج مأوى الأطفال بسيدي البرنوصي.
ترشح لهذه الانتخابات 17 طفلة وطفلة (9 إناث و8 ذكور) من فئة الأطفال المقيمين بمأوى الأطفال والأطفال غير المقيمين.
وكما هو متفق عليه، تم تخصيص لائحتين، لائحة خاصة بالإناث ولائحة خاصة بالذكور، وعلى كل الأطفال اختيار طفل وطفلة عند الاقتراع.
تم إجراء الاقتراع يوم الخميس 9 أبريل، الذي سهر على تنظيمه طفلتين من غير المرشحين، وفق الإجراءات العادية المتبعة وفي شفافية تامة.
وجاءت النتائج كالتالي:

الأطفال الأربعة المنتخبون سيكون لهم لقاء مع السيدة المسؤولة عن المأوى من أجل انتخاب مخاطب أو مخاطبة باسمهم وكذا التذكير بالالتزامات التي تعهدوا بها خلال ترشحهم. كما سيتم الاتفاق على مواعيد الاجتماع مع المسؤولة من أجل تدارس النقاط الخاصة بتسيير المأوى وقضايا أخرى تهم الأطفال.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه الانتخابات تدخل في إطار التفعيل الحقيقي والمستمر للحق في المشاركة، ذلكم الحق الذي التزمت به الجمعية منذ بداية عملها وطورت من آليات تفعيله لحتى أصبحت مرجعا يحتدى به في هذا المجال.

Comme cela se fait chaque année, des élections des représentants des enfants du programme du foyer pour enfants de Sidi Bernoussi ont été organisées.
17 enfants (9 filles et 8 garçons) se sont portés candidats pour ces élections, parmi les enfants résidant au foyer et ceux qui n'y résident pas.
Conformément à ce qui a été convenu, deux listes ont été établies : une liste pour les filles et une autre pour les garçons. Chaque enfant devait choisir un garçon et une fille lors du vote.
Le vote a eu lieu le jeudi 9 avril, organisé par deux enfants non-candidats, selon les procédures habituelles et dans une totale transparence.
Les résultats sont les suivants :

Les quatre enfants élus auront une réunion avec la responsable du foyer pour élire un porte-parole parmi eux et pour leur rappeler les engagements qu'ils ont pris pendant leur candidature. Ils conviendront également des dates de réunion avec la responsable pour discuter des points relatifs à la gestion du foyer et d'autres questions concernant les enfants.
Il est à noter que ces élections s'inscrivent dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre réelle et continue du droit à la participation, un droit auquel l'association s'est engagée depuis le début de ses activités. Elle a développé des mécanismes pour sa mise en œuvre, devenant ainsi une référence en la matière.

As is customary every year, elections for the children's representatives of the Sidi Bernoussi Children's Shelter Program were organized.
17 children (9 girls and 8 boys) ran as candidates for these elections, including children residing in the shelter and those who do not reside there.
As agreed, two lists were established: one list for girls and another for boys. Each child was required to choose one boy and one girl during the voting.
The voting took place on Thursday, April 9th, organized by two non-candidate children, following the usual procedures and with complete transparency.
The results were as follows:

The four elected children will have a meeting with the shelter supervisor to elect a spokesperson among them and to remind them of the commitments they made during their candidacy. They will also agree on meeting dates with the supervisor to discuss points related to the management of the shelter and other issues concerning the children.
It is worth noting that these elections are part of the real and continuous activation of the right to participation, a right to which the association has been committed since the beginning of its work. It has developed mechanisms for its implementation, thus becoming a reference in this field.
