السيد بوبكر مازوز، رئيس مؤسسة إدماج للتنمية، التقى بالسيدة كوني كريستيانسن (Connie Christiansen)، كبيرة الباحثين المتخصصين في مركز KVINFO بالدنمارك، والسيدة صوفيا رايس (Sofia Rais)، مديرة البرامج بالمركز، وذلك يوم الثلاثاء 25 غشت 2026.
شكّل اللقاء فرصة للتعريف بعمل مؤسسة إدماج للتنمية في مجالات التربية والتعليم، وتنمية قدرات الشباب، وتمكين النساء وإدماجهن الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، وتنمية المهارات، وتعزيز قابلية التشغيل، والمشاركة المجتمعية، والإدماج الاجتماعي، إلى جانب مناقشة بعض التحديات التي تواجه الفئات في وضعية هشاشة في الدار البيضاء ومناطق أخرى.
كما كان اللقاء مناسبة للتعرف بشكل أفضل على KVINFO، المركز الدنماركي للنوع الاجتماعي والمساواة والتنوع، وخاصة برامجه وشراكاته في المغرب. ويعمل المركز على تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين، وحقوق النساء، والتنوع، والمشاركة المتكافئة، بالتعاون مع المجتمع المدني وشركاء آخرين، من خلال الترافع، وتبادل المعرفة والخبرات، وبناء القدرات، ودعم المبادرات الرامية إلى تعزيز مشاركة النساء وتوسيع الفرص المتاحة أمامهن.
وقد شكّل اللقاء مناسبة غنية وبنّاءة لتبادل التجارب ووجهات النظر، كما فتح المجال لاستكشاف فرص محتملة للتعاون بين مؤسسة إدماج وKVINFO، خاصة في مجالات المساواة بين الجنسين، وتمكين النساء، وبناء القدرات، والترافع، والإدماج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.
ونتطلع إلى مواصلة هذا الحوار واستكشاف فرص للعمل المشترك بما يخدم النساء والشباب ويساهم في بناء مجتمعات أكثر شمولًا وإنصافًا في المغرب.
Mr.Boubker Mazoz, President of the IDMAJ Foundation for Development, met with Ms. Connie Christiansen, Senior Research Specialist at KVINFO, Denmark, and Ms. Sofia Rais, Program Manager at KVINFO, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
The meeting provided an opportunity to present IDMAJ’s work in education, youth development, women’s empowerment and socio-economic integration, skills development, employability, community engagement, and social inclusion, as well as to discuss some of the challenges facing vulnerable communities in Casablanca and beyond.
It was also an opportunity to learn more about KVINFO, the Danish Centre for Gender, Equality and Diversity, and particularly its work and partnerships in Morocco. KVINFO promotes gender equality, women’s rights, diversity, and equal participation, working with civil society and other partners through advocacy, knowledge exchange, capacity building, and initiatives aimed at strengthening women’s participation and opportunities.
The meeting was a very informative and constructive exchange of experiences and perspectives. It also opened the door to exploring potential areas of cooperation between IDMAJ and KVINFO, particularly in the fields of gender equality, women’s empowerment, capacity building, advocacy, and socio-economic inclusion.
We look forward to continuing the conversation and identifying opportunities to work together in support of women, youth, and more inclusive communities in Morocco.
