🇹🇳 Solidarity with workers at Concentrix Tunisia as they gear up for a 21 July strike. The contact centre workers, together with their union the UGTT - الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل - (page officielle) are set to walk off the job to defend their wages, their rights and respect for the commitments made by management.

The workers say their purchasing power has collapsed while the company pays out millions in shareholder dividends. They also demand:

✅ General wage increases to cope with the rising cost of living, as well as the maintenance of bonuses;
✅ Full compliance with the agreements concluded with the employees' representatives;
✅ Respect for trade union freedoms, the right to organize and the right to collective bargaining, in line with national law and international conventions.

“We are in full solidarity with the UGTT. Concentrix must listen to workers and respect their fundamental rights,” said UNI’s General Secretary Christy Hoffman. “The contact centre industry is undergoing a transformation worldwide, and unions like UGTT demand that workers get to shape that change.”

🚨 تجاهل أخنوش ملف مراكز النداء مع فرنسا؟.. 50 ألف منصب شغل مهدد!
في وقت يعيش فيه قطاع مراكز النداء بالمغرب على وقع القلق، يطرح سؤال كبير نفسه: علاش ما تطرحش عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، ملف مستخدمي مراكز النداء مع نظيره الفرنسي؟
القانون الفرنسي الجديد، المرتقب دخوله حيز التنفيذ خلال شهر غشت، يفرض قيوداً على التسويق الهاتفي غير المرغوب فيه، وسط مخاوف من فقدان ما بين 40 و50 ألف منصب شغل بالمغرب.
ومع تسجيل عمليات تسريح في عدد من الشركات، وتسارع اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي، آلاف المستخدمين كيتسناو جواب واضح على مستقبلهم المهني.
❓ واش تجاهل ملف مراكز النداء خلال المباحثات المغربية الفرنسية كان تفويتاً لفرصة الدفاع عن آلاف مناصب الشغل؟

حسب الكاتب العام للجامعة الوطنية لمستخدمي وأطر مراكز النداء ومهن الأوفشورينغ (UMT)، فإن “تطبيق القانون الفرنسي الجديد (اعتُمد في يونيو 2025) سيكون عما قريب ذا أثر بليغ على هذا القطاع بالمغرب، لا سيما على الشركات الصغرى والمتوسطة التي لا تتوفر على بدائل لضمان استمرارية نشاطها”.

وأضاف: “حتى الشركات الكبرى التي كانت تدّعي سابقا قدرتها على الصمود والمرونة، أصبحت هي الأخرى تقوم بتسريح الأجراء والمستخدمين بشكل مستمر، نتيجة الانفتاح الفعلي على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي”

لفت المتحدث أيضا إلى “صدور أحكام قضائية ضد شركات قامت بتسريح مستخدميها بدون احترام المساطر القانونية، لم يتم تنفيذها إلى حدود الساعة، وهو ما يجب أن تناقشه الإدارة المغربية المكلفة مع نظيرتها الفرنسية، قصد إحداث آلية قانونية تلزم الشركات الأم بأداء ما قضت به محاكم المملكة”.

✊ Solidarité avec les salarié·es de Tunisie !

La FNCAMO - UMT exprime son entière solidarité avec les travailleuses et les travailleurs de Concentrix Tunisie, mobilisés aux côtés de l'UGTT pour défendre leurs salaires, leurs droits, les libertés syndicales et le respect des accords conclus.

Cette mobilisation résonne également avec les préoccupations exprimées par les salarié·es de Concentrix Maroc, où l'UMT dénonce des pratiques d'entrave à l'exercice de l'activité syndicale indépendante et appelle au plein respect de la liberté syndicale et du dialogue social.

Nous appellons la direction de Concentrix à engager, dans tous les pays où le groupe est implanté, un dialogue social sincère et à répondre aux revendications légitimes des travailleurs.

مراكز النداء، والدعم التقني، ومعالجة البيانات، ومراقبة المحتوى. يشهد قطاع خدمات التعهيد الخارجي ازدهارًا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا ، إلا أن هذا النمو غالبًا ما يأتي على حساب صحة العاملين.

اجتمع نحو 40 نقابيًا في الدار البيضاء يومي 24 و25 يونيو/حزيران 2026، في ندوة نظمتها منظمة UNI Global Union بدعم من مؤسسة فريدريش إيبرت، وخرجوا بمطلب مشترك يتمثل في الاعتراف بالآثار الصحية للمخاطر النفسية والاجتماعية كأمراض مهنية، ويريدون أن يكون لهم رأي في كيفية وضع تدابير الوقاية.

ينمو هذا القطاع بسرعة، لكن الوظائف فيه تتسم بأجور متدنية، وساعات عمل طويلة، وجداول مناوبة متغيرة، ومراقبة أداء صارمة. ويواجه مراقبو المحتوى، الذين يقضون أيامهم في الاطلاع على مواد مثيرة للقلق، بعضًا من أسوأ المخاطر.

كما أكدت النقابات، ومنها الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل والاتحاد المغربي للشغل ، على الحكومات والعملاء الدوليين الذين يشترون خدمات التعهيد الخارجي لحماية حق الانضمام إلى النقابات والمفاوضة الجماعية.

و يطالب الاتحاد المغربي للشغل الحكومة المغربية بالإسراع في المصادقة على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 193 بشأن العمل اللائق في اقتصاد المنصات، والتي اعتُمدت في 12 يونيو 2026. تُعدّ هذه الاتفاقية أول معيار عمل دولي مُلزم لاقتصاد المنصات، لكنها لا تدخل حيز التنفيذ بالنسبة للعمال إلا بعد تصديق الحكومات عليها.

Every time you call a helpline, message support or wait for a chat reply, someone on the other end is doing that job. Across the Middle East and North Africa, those workers – in call centres, tech support and data processing – often do it for low pay, long hours and constant monitoring.

Forty union leaders and activists met in Casablanca last month to say enough. Their demand: recognize the health consequences of this work as occupational diseases, and let unions help decide how to prevent them.

Unions included the UGTT - الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل - (page officielle) and الاتحاد المغربي للشغل Union Marocaine du Travail UMT, and they talked about calling on governments, like Morocco's, to ratify the new ILO treaty on decent work in the platform economy – the first binding global rules for these workers, agreed in June 2026.

“Across Middle East and North Africa, heavy workloads, low wages, long hours, relentless targets are the costs workers pay for a race to the bottom in the sector. That’s why workers speaking up and taking action are so important,” Keith Jacobs, Regional Secretary of UNI Africa.

The sector is growing fast. The people behind it should share in that. ✊

Réunies à Casablanca les 24 et 25 juin 2026, à l'invitation conjointe de l'Union Marocaine
du Travail (UMT), d'UNI Global Union et de la Fondation Friedrich Ebert (FES), les organisations
syndicales représentatives du secteur de l'externalisation des processus d'affaires (BPO) de la région
Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord (MENA) ont procédé à une analyse approfondie des enjeux
stratégiques, des conditions de travail et des opportunités de croissance syndicale au sein de cette
industrie en pleine expansion.

Conscientes que le secteur BPO représente un levier économique majeur pour la création d'emplois qualifiés
dans la région MENA, les organisations soulignent néanmoins l'urgence structurelle de réguler ce marché du
travail par le renforcement du dialogue social, la préservation de la santé des travailleurs et l'instauration de
standards d'organisation syndicale modernes et inclusifs.

Les organisations syndicales lancent un appel solennel aux gouvernements de la région MENA et aux
donneurs d'ordres internationaux pour que la compétitivité économique du secteur BPO ne se construise plus
au détriment des droits fondamentaux des travailleurs. Le respect de la liberté syndicale et le droit à la
négociation collective doivent constituer le socle de l'économie numérique de demain.
