Moroccan National Debate Team The Moroccan National Debate Team (MNDT) was the first ever North African nation to participate in the WSDC. Est. 2014

The Moroccan National Debate Team (MNDT) was founded in March 2014. The team competes and represents The Kingdom of Morocco at many international tournaments. Each year, we select the most outstanding students who display potential in speech and debate and train them to compete at the most prestigious competitions around the world. The national team is governed by Morocco Debate Association. Our a

ctivities also include hosting events and competitions for the Moroccan youth. Each summer, we host the Moroccan-Youth Debate Camp in different cities and we are the proud host and organizers of the first-ever high school international and world schools debate tournament in Morocco, The Moroccan Open Debate Tournament which was hosted in Tangier in December 2014. Ladies and gentlemen, we are so excited and proud to announce the 3 Atlas Lions of Debate that will represent Morocco at the 2026 World Schools Debating Championship in Kenya from July 14th to the 24th.

Yusra ranked as the 53rd Best Persuasive Speaking Speaker in the world at 2026 at the World Individual Debate and Public Speaking Championship last week in Bristol, England!
