عودة إلى أهم لحظات من ورشة عمل حول الأمن الرقمي والاستعمال الآمن للذكاء الاصطناعي لفائدة الفاعلين المحليين.وقد جمعت هذه الورشة منتخبات ومنتخبين، وفاعلين/ات من المجتمع المدني، وباحثين/باحثات، من أجل التفكير بشكل جماعي في كيفية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والأدوات الرقمية بطريقة آمنة، عملية، ومسؤولة في السياقات المحلية.
وتناولت الجلسة عددا من المحاور الأساسية، من بينها الاستعمال الآمن، وحماية المعطيات والخصوصية، والتضليل المعلوماتي، وكيفية تفسير مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي. كما تضمنت الورشة جانبا تطبيقيا عمليا خُصص للتعرف على كيفية استخدام أدوات رقمية وحلول ذكاء اصطناعي، انطلاقاً من حالات استعمال مرتبطة بالحكامة الترابية والعمل المحلي.
On 12 May 2026, we organized a workshop on Digital Security and the Safe Use of AI for local stakeholders. The workshop brought together elected women and men, civil society leaders, public servants, and researchers to explore how AI and digital tools can be used in a safe, practical, and responsible way in local contexts.
The session covered key issues including safe use, privacy, misinformation, interpreting AI outputs, and escalation rules, helping participants better understand both the potential and the limits of these technologies. It also included a practical hands-on session on how to use locally developed AI and digital tools, with a focus on real use cases relevant to territorial governance and local action.
This workshop was an important opportunity to strengthen digital awareness, promote responsible adoption of AI, and encourage a more secure, inclusive, and human-centered digital transition at the local level.
This activity is organized within the framework of the AMSA-AI project, implemented under the Digital Democracy Initiative Middle East & North Africa (DDI MENA), led by Innovation for Change – MENA Hub with the support of CIVICUS.
