الزمان: 27- 28 - 29 - 30 أبريل 2026.
المكان: العيون؛ فندق saharatel الصحراء المغربية.
الحدث: دورة تكوينية تحسيسية بآليات المرافعة عن حقوق الإنسان لذوي الإعاقة .
وعلى مدى أربعة أيام شاركت جمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة بأسا في الدورة التكوينية المكثفة تحت عنوان: "التمكين الحقوقي للجمعيات العاملة في مجال الإعاقة – آليات الحصول على الوضع الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأمم المتحدة (ECOSOC)".
وقد عُقدت هذه الدورة بشراكة مع المندوبية الوزارية المكلفة بحقوق الإنسان والمجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، في خطوة تهدف إلى تمكين الفاعلين الجمعويين من آليات الانخراط الفعّال في منظومة الأمم المتحدة.
وأطّر الجلسات كل من الأستاذة عائشة ادويهي، والأستاذ حسان الكرامز، والأستاذة رباب الداه، حيث تناولوا بالتحليل والتعريف دور المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بصفته قلب منظومة الأمم المتحدة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وكذا شروط وإجراءات الحصول على الصفة الاستشارية بأنواعها (العامة، الخاصة، والإدراج في القائمة).
وكما استعرض المؤطرون آليات الحفاظ على هذه الصفة عبر تقديم التقرير الرباعي، وسبل مشاركة المنظمات غير الحكومية في أنشطة مجلس حقوق الإنسان، سواء من خلال البيانات الكتابية والشفوية، أو تنظيم الأنشطة الموازية، أو الحضور بصفة مراقب في الدورات.
واختُتمت الدورة بالتأكيد على أن الحصول على الوضع الاستشاري يعد بوابة أساسية للجمعيات للدفاع عن حقوق الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة على المستوى الدولي، والمساهمة في صياغة السياسات والتوصيات الأممية التي صادقت عليها المملكة المغربية .
وعن جمعية الوحدة للإعاقة باسا، لا يسعنا إلا أن نتقدم بكل التقدير ، وجزيل الشكر لجمعية أفاق بالعيون، على كل ما قدموه من مادة دسمة في مجال التكوين النظري والميداني في مجال المرافعة عن حقوق الإنسان في الشق المتعلق بالإعاقة جهويا ووطنيا وعالميا.

workshop on advocacy mechanisms for the human rights of persons with disabilities Over the course of four days, the Unity Association for Persons with Disabilities in Assa participated in an intensive training workshop entitled: “Rights-Based Empowerment of Associations Working in the Field of Disability – Mechanisms for Obtaining Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).”
This training was organized in partnership with the Interministerial Delegation for Human Rights and the National Human Rights Council, as part of efforts to empower civil society actors with effective tools for engagement within the United Nations system.
The sessions were facilitated by Ms. Aicha Adoui, Mr. Hassan Karramz, and Ms. Rabab Dah, who provided in-depth analysis and presentations on the role of the Economic and Social Council as the core of the UN system in achieving sustainable development. They also outlined the conditions and procedures for obtaining consultative status in its various forms (General, Special, and Roster).
The trainers further discussed the mechanisms for maintaining this status through the submission of quadrennial reports, as well as the ways in which non-governmental organizations can participate in the activities of the Human Rights Council—through written and oral statements, organizing side events, or attending sessions as observers.
The workshop concluded by emphasizing that obtaining consultative status represents a key gateway for associations to advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities at the international level, and to contribute to the formulation of UN policies and recommendations ratified by the Kingdom of Morocco.
On behalf of the Unity Association for Disability in Assa, we extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Afak Association in Laayoune for the rich and valuable theoretical and practical training provided in the field of human rights advocacy, particularly in relation to disability at the regional, national, and international levels.

أنفردت جمعية المواهب للتربية الاجتماعية فرع تويزكي و جمعية النور للتنمية المندمجة بآسا ، بتجربة مبادرة فعلية تشاركية جمعوية تعكس الفعل المدني الهادف، تبلورت عبر أنشطة تربوية وترفيهية اليوم 30/04/2026 بالمركب الاجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة باسا، الذي تشرف عليه جمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية اعاقة بأسا الزاك.
وعرف خلاله هذا النشاط عدة فقرات متنوعه منها صبحية وفطور جماعي للأطفال ذوي الهمم، يرافقه مجموعة من البرامج والأنشطة الترفيهية والتربوية المتنوعة الهادفة إلى زرع البسمة والسعادة على الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة.
وتأتي هذه الأنشطة والمبادرات الترفيهية بمناسبة الذكرى 69 لتأسيس التعاون الوطني ، واليوم الوطني للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة ، واليوم العالمي للتوحد.
وختاما، لطالما تفاعلت جمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة باسا الزاك مع كل المبادرات والأنشطة والفعاليات المدنية على المستوى الوطني والجهوي والمحلي من أجل الحرص على كل ما يخدم مصلحة الطفولة عموما، والطفل في وضعية اعاقة خاصة .
The Talents Association for Social Education "Touizgui" Branch distinguished itself through a practical, participatory associative initiative that reflects purposeful civic engagement.
This initiative took shape through educational and recreational activities held on 30،April 2026, at the Social Complex for Persons with Disabilities in Assa, managed by the Unity Association for Persons with Disabilities in Assa-Zag.
This event featured several segments, including a morning gathering and a group breakfast for children with special needs, accompanied by a variety of recreational and educational programs and activities aimed at bringing joy and happiness to children with disabilities.
These activities and recreational initiatives were organized on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the establishment of National Cooperation, the National Day of Persons with Disabilities, and World Autism Awareness Day.
In conclusion, the Unity Association for Persons with Disabilities in Assa-Zag has consistently engaged with civil initiatives, activities, and events at the national, regional, and local levels, striving to serve the best interests of children in general, and children with disabilities in particular.

شكلت مقاربة الإفتحاص التي هي آلية من آليات الشفافية والوضوح في ما يخص الاستراتيجيات الوقائية لتعزيز مناخ الحكامة الترابية الجيدة ، وهو ما يعكس الإشراف والتوجية والمواكبة والفحص الذي باشرته لجنة الإفتحاص التابعة للمديرية الجهوية للتعاون الوطني لجهة كلميم واد نون، وفق برنامجها المهني الذي تم وفق ملاحظة وتفقد وفحص للخدمات التي تقدمها جمعية الوحدة بالمركب الإجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة بآسا في إطار ما تسمح به الشراكة المبرمة بين الجمعية و مؤسسة التعاون الوطني وفق ما جاء به مشروع تحسين ظروف تمدرس الأطفال في وضعية إعاقة ، وذلك من أجل تقييم طرق العمل ونجاعة الأداء وجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين . وتطبيقا لمخرجات والتزامات اتفاقية الشراكة، ساهمت خلاله الجمعية في سير عملية اللجنة وممارسة مهامها . وذلك من خلال تقديم كل الوثائق والمستندات القانونية الضرورية الخاصة بالمشروع و توفير كل الإمكانيات المنصوص عليها ضمن الشراكة للاضطلاع على جميع الخدمات التربوية وشبه الطبية المقدمة لفائدة المستفيدين داخل المركب الاجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة بآسا The audit-based approach, as a mechanism of transparency and clarity regarding preventive strategies to strengthen a climate of good territorial governance, reflects the supervision, guidance, support, and inspection carried out by the Audit Committee affiliated with the Regional Directorate of National Cooperation for the Guelmim-Oued Noun region.
This was conducted in accordance with its professional program, through observation, monitoring, and examination of the services provided by Al Wahda Association at the Social Complex for Persons with Disabilities in Assa, within the framework permitted by the partnership agreement between the association and the National Cooperation Foundation, as stipulated in the project aimed at improving the schooling conditions of children with disabilities.
This process was undertaken to evaluate working methods, the effectiveness of performance, and the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. In implementation of the outcomes and commitments of the partnership agreement, the association contributed to facilitating the work of the committee and the ex*****on of its tasks by providing all necessary legal documents and records related to the project, and by making available all the resources stipulated in the partnership. This enabled full access to all educational and para-medical services provided to beneficiaries within the Social Complex for Persons with Disabilities in Assa.

يأتي هذا اللقاء التواصلي بين ادارة ومكتب جمعية الوحدة ، وأطر وأساتذة مركز ميشيل فيوشونج للغات وتطوير الكفاءات، بالمركب الاجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة.
وذلك من اجل تبادل التجارب وتقاسم الخبرات والانفتاح على المحيط السوسيو تربوي بإقليم اسا الزاك، وفق البرامج والخطط والاستراتيجيات العملية الهادفة التي سطرتها الجمعية خدمة للفرد والمجتمع.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء بمناسبة تخليدا للذكرى 69 لتأسيس التعاون الوطني، واليوم الوطني للأشخاص في وضعية اعاقة، واليوم الوطني للتوحد .
وافتتح هذا اللقاء التواصلي بإلقاء كلمة رئيس الجمعية ورئيس جمعية مركز ميشيل فيوشانج . بعد ذلك تم فتح الباب أمام ركن التعارف والتواصل في ما يخص التجارب المهنية واهم الكفايات والمدارك التي تعزز قيمة جسور التواصل بين هذه الأطر الممثلة للجمعية ومركز ميشيل فيوشانج للغات والكفاءات، بالإضافة إلى ممثلي عن مديرية التعاون الوطني.
واختتم هذا اللقاء بطرح التصورات والرؤى التي تحاول تفسير أهمية ودور أهم الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المركز الاجتماعي للمستفيدين من برنامج تحسين ظروف تمدرس الأطفال في وضعية إعاقة بشراكة مع مؤسسة التعاون الوطني، و الإشارة لبعض الإكراهات التي يعاني منها ذوي الإعاقة بالمركز مما يستدعي مقاربة تدخلية تشاركية لدوي الاختصاص في مجال الإعاقة.
This communication meeting brings together the administration and board of Al Wahda Association, along with the staff and teachers of the Michel Fouchon Center for Languages and Skills Development, at the Social Complex for Persons with Disabilities.
It aims to exchange experiences, share expertise, and foster openness to the socio-educational environment in the Assa-Zag Province, in line with the practical programs, plans, and strategic strategies developed by the association in service of individuals and society.
This meeting is held to commemorate the 69th anniversary of the establishment of National Cooperation, the National Day of Persons with Disabilities, and National Autism Day.
The meeting was opened with speeches by the President of the Association and the President of the Michel Fouchon Center.
This was followed by a networking and introductory session focused on professional experiences and key skills and knowledge that strengthen communication bridges between the association’s representatives and the Michel Fouchon Center for Languages and Skills Development, in addition to representatives from the Provincial Directorate of National Cooperation.
The meeting concluded with the presentation of perspectives and reflections highlighting the importance and role of the key services provided by the social center to beneficiaries of the program aimed at improving schooling conditions for children with disabilities, in partnership with the National Cooperation Foundation. It also pointed to some of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities at the center, which call for a participatory and intervention-based approach involving specialists in the field of disability. @

تخليدا للذكرى 69 لتأسيس التعاون الوطني و اليوم الوطني للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة واليوم العالمي للتوحد ، وبتنسيق مع متدربي ومتدربات المعهد المتخصص للتكنولوجيا التطبيقية بآسا أشرف خلاله هؤلاء المتدربين و المتدربات على تنظيم نشاط اجتماعي تربوي لفائدة الأطفال في وضعية إعاقة المستفيدين من الخدمات التربوية والتأهيلية التي تقدمها لهم الجمعية بالمركب الإجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة آسا في إطار الشراكة من برنامج تحسين تمدرس الأطفال في وضعية إعاقة ، والذي يتزامن تنظيمه من كل سنة ، نظرا للأهمية البالغة للعناية بفئة الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة ، وذلك لما له من أثر إيجابي على المتدربين في تنمية الداتية والحياتية وحس العمل التطوعي لديهم. فتميز هذا الحدث بمجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة الهادفة للأطفال في وضعية إعاقة باسا .
On the occasion of commemorating the 69th anniversary of the establishment of the National Cooperation, as well as the National Day of Persons with Disabilities and World Autism Awareness Day, and in coordination with the trainees of the Specialized Institute of Applied Technology in Assa, these trainees organized a socio-educational activity for the benefit of children with disabilities who benefit from the educational and rehabilitation services provided by the association at the Social Center for Persons with Disabilities in Assa.
This activity is carried out within the framework of a partnership under the program to improve the schooling of children with disabilities, and it is organized annually due to the great importance of supporting persons with disabilities. It also has a positive impact on trainees by helping develop their personal and life skills, as well as their sense of volunteerism. The event was marked by a variety of meaningful activities designed for children with disabilities in Assa.

بمناسبة الذكرى 69 لتأسيس مؤسسة التعاون الوطني و استمرارا للدورات السابقة التي تؤطرها المنظمة الأمريكية N2N في إطار الشراكة مع مؤسسة التعاون الوطني
شاركت الجمعية في الأيام التكوينية التي نظمتها المديرية الإقليمية للتعاون الوطني بسيدي إفني بتنسيق مع الإتحاد الإقليمي للجمعيات العاملة بمجال الإعاقة بسيدي إفني ، أيام تكوينية متخصصة لفائدة مدراء مراكز توجيه ومساعدة الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة التابعة للتعاون الوطني إلى جانب مدراء مراكز الإعاقة التابعة للجمعيات العاملة في المجال على مستوى الجهات الجنوبية الثلاث كلميم العيون الداخلة وذلك بحضور ممثلي المنظمة الأمريكية N2N الشريكة وتندرج هذه المبادرة في إطار تعزيز قدرات الموارد البشرية العاملة في مجال الإعاقة والرفع من جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهذه الفئة من خلال تمكين المسؤولين من اكتساب مهارات ومعارف حديثة في مجالات التدبير الإداري والتربية الخاصة والخدمات الشبه الطبية بما يواكب التطورات المهنية ويستجيب لحاجيات المستفيدين. 🌾👨‍🦽‍➡️
On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the establishment of the National Cooperation Foundation, and as a continuation of the previous training sessions supervised by the American organization N2N within the framework of its partnership with the National Cooperation Foundation, the association participated in the training days organized by the Provincial Directorate of National Cooperation in Sidi Ifni, in coordination with the Provincial Union of Associations working in the field of disability in Sidi Ifni.
These specialized training sessions were intended for directors of guidance and support centers for persons with disabilities التابعة للتعاون الوطني, alongside directors of disability centers affiliated with associations operating in the field across the three southern regions: Guelmim, Laayoune, and Dakhla. The event was attended by representatives of the partner American organization N2N.
This initiative falls within the framework of strengthening the capacities of human resources working in the field of disability and improving the quality of services provided to this group, by enabling managers to acquire modern skills and knowledge in administrative management, special education, and paramedical services, in line with professional developments and responsive to the needs of beneficiaries. 🌾👨‍🦽‍➡️

عرف المركب الاجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية اعاقة باسا ؛ بتاريخ 14/04/2026 ، حوالي الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحا ، زيارة علمية تواصلية معرفيه للتعرف عن قرب لأهم الخدمات والبرامج المقدمة من طرف جمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، والتي راكمت خلالها تجربة مهنية ميدانية دامت سبعة وعشرين سنة من العطاء والتميز . وهنا تبرز إمكانية تقاسم هذه التجربة مع كل الراغبين في ذلك من مختلف المشارب والأعمار والمستويات، وكذا الوافدين والمتدربين والباحثين والأساتذة .. وغيرهم ممن نرحب بهم ونتقاسم معهم هذه الصفحة من صفحات تضحياتنا مع ذوي الهمم . فكان لهذه الزيارة طعم خاص، تشرفنا به من خلال استقبال ثلة من الأساتذة الأجلاء لمركز فيوشونج للغات باسا الزاك . وهي مبادرة فريدة تثلج الصدر وترسخ معاني قيم الوحدة والإخاء والتضامن والمحبة اتجاه الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة . تخلل هذه الزيارة بعد استكشافي لما يختزنه هذا المركز من طاقات وخدمات جليلة ، وجهود حثيثة خدمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة باسا . وبرمجت الزيارة بالاضطلاع على الخدمات الشبه الطبية ( الترويض الطبي ، تقويم النطق ..)، ثم الانتقال إلى اجنحة أخرى تضم أماكن لعب الأطفال ( ملعب رياضي صغير )، والمطبخ والمراقد .. ثم الجناح الخاص بالإدارة التربوية التي تشرف على بعض الخدمات منها فن الديكور والتربية الخاصة ، و الصم واليكم ، و متلازمة داون : التثلث الصبغي، و طيف التوحد . إلى جانب أهمية جناح التربية الموسيقية ، وورشة الخياطة ، وورشة فن الطبخ . وفي الختام استحسن الحاضرين هذه الخدمات والمجهودات التي تساهم في توفير الرعاية الاجتماعية من اجل الإدماج الأسري والاجتماعي ، وخلق موارد بشرية مؤطرة عمليا ومهنيا تساهم في تطوير كل الخدمات وتقدم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال والأسر ذوي الإعاقة . وتفاعل الضيوف مع جو الزيارة من خلال تقديم اقتراحات وتوجيهات تخص أنواع الإعاقة ، وطرح بعض الأفكار التي من شأنها تساهم في تطوير استراتيجيات وخطط عمل الإعاقة بالمركب الاجتماعي ، وفق مقاربة كاملة تتم بتضافر الجهود من اجل التحسيس بأهمية الجوانب التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي تخدم الطفل المعاق بالاقليم بشكل خاص .

On April 14, 2026, at around 11:00 a.m., the Social Complex for Persons with Disabilities in Assa organized a scientific, communicative, and knowledge-based visit aimed at gaining a closer understanding of the key services and programs provided by Al Wahda Association for Persons with Disabilities. Over the years, the association has built a solid field experience spanning twenty-seven years of dedication and excellence.
This initiative also highlighted the possibility of sharing this experience with all interested individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and levels, including visitors, trainees, researchers, and teachers, among others, whom we warmly welcome to share this meaningful chapter of our journey alongside persons with disabilities.
This visit had a special significance, as we were honored to welcome a distinguished group of teachers from the Feuchong Language Center in Assa-Zag. It was a unique initiative that reinforces the values of unity, brotherhood, solidarity, and compassion toward children with disabilities.
The visit included an exploratory tour showcasing the center’s resources, valuable services, and continuous efforts dedicated to supporting persons with special needs in Assa. The program featured an overview of paramedical services such as physiotherapy and speech therapy, followed by visits to other sections including children’s play areas (a small sports field), the kitchen, and dormitories. Participants also explored the educational administration wing, which oversees several services such as decorative arts, special education, support for the deaf and mute, Down syndrome (trisomy 21), and autism spectrum disorder.
In addition, the importance of the music education section, the sewing workshop, and the culinary arts workshop was highlighted.
At the conclusion of the visit, attendees expressed their appreciation for the services and efforts made to provide social care aimed at family and social inclusion, as well as the development of qualified human resources contributing to the improvement of services and the provision of psychosocial support for children with disabilities and their families.
Guests actively engaged with the visit by offering suggestions and guidance related to different types of disabilities, and by proposing ideas that could help enhance strategies and action plans within the social complex. These contributions support a comprehensive approach based on collective efforts to raise awareness about the importance of educational, psychological, and social aspects that serve children with disabilities in the province in particular.

الزيارات والإنفتاح

قام مجموعة من الأطر الإدارية والمربيات والعامليين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين والأطفال دوي الهمم لجمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، بالمركب الاجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة إقليم اسا الزاك، بزيارة استشرافية تربوية إلى معرض الملتقى الاقليمي الأول للتوجيه المدرسي والمهني والجامعي، تحت شعار :" منتدى التوجيه فضاء لبناء الاختيار وصناعة المستقبل". الذي تنظمه المديرية الإقليمية لوزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة بآسا الزاك، وبشراكة مع عمالة إقليم أسا الزاك، ومجلس جهة كلميم واد نون، والمجلس الإقليمي لأسا الزاك، والمجلس البلدي لآسا الزاك، والمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية بتاريخ 09-10 أبريل 2026م بالقاعة المغطاة، شارع مولاي رشيد باسا .
وعرف هذا الملتقى الإقليمي الأول للتوجيه المدرسي والمهني والجامعي استضافة 2600 ألف تلميذ وتلميذة بالإقليم من مختلف الأسلاك التعليمية، و35 مؤسسة من المؤسسات الجامعية والمعاهد والمدارس العليا التي كانت حاضرة لتقرب الصورة التوجيهية للمستفيدين بمن فيهم الجمعية ، لإبراز أهمية التوجيه التربوي والمهني في رسم الأفاق الدراسية والمهنية للأطفال والتلاميذ حاملي الباكالوريا عبر مختلف المسالك والشعب والتخصصات العلمية والتجريبية والإنسانية. وفق مقاربة جديدة لملتقيات التوجيه والإعلام، كرافعة حقيقية للتنمية الترابية والحكامة الجيدة . وهذه الزيارة كانت فرصة لجمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة للاضطلاع على أهم التكوينات والتخصصات والمسالك والشعب والتوجهات العلمية الجامعية الوطنية والدولية AMBASSAD DE FRANCE AU MAROC ; ETUDIER EN FRANCE لاكتساب المعارف والأفكار والمهارات وبيدغوجيا المشروع الشخصي واتخاذ قرار التوجيه، نظرا لما يكتسبه هذا الأمر من أهمية بالغة في تحديد الملامح المستقبلية للمشروع الشخصي للمتعلم، ومواكبة لمستجدات العرض التربوي بالتعليم الثانوي التأهيلي لوضع اختيار واع ومسؤول للمسار الدراسي الذي يناسب ميولاتهم وقدراتهم.
A group of administrative staff, educators, social workers, psychologists, and children with disabilities from the Unity Association for Persons with Disabilities, based at the Social Complex for Persons with Disabilities in the province of Assa-Zag, carried out an educational exploratory visit to the exhibition of the First Regional Forum for School, Vocational, and University Guidance, under the theme: “The Guidance Forum: A Space for Building Choices and Shaping the Future.”

This forum was organized by the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports in Assa-Zag, in partnership with the Provincial Authority of Assa-Zag, the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regional Council, the Assa-Zag Provincial Council, the Municipal Council of Assa-Zag, and the National Initiative for Human Development, on April 9–10, 2026, at the covered hall on Moulay Rachid Avenue in Assa.

This first regional forum on school, vocational, and university guidance hosted around 2,600 students from across the province, representing various educational levels, along with 35 universities, institutes, and higher education institutions. These institutions were present to provide beneficiaries—including members of the Unity Association for Persons with Disabilities—with clearer guidance and orientation, highlighting the importance of educational and career counseling in shaping academic and professional prospects for students, particularly baccalaureate holders, across various streams, disciplines, and fields of study—scientific, experimental, and humanities.

The forum adopted a new approach to guidance and information events, positioning them as a genuine lever for territorial development and good governance. This visit also provided an opportunity for the Unity Association for Persons with Disabilities to explore key training programs, specializations, academic streams, and national and international university pathways, including opportunities such as “Study in France” (Ambassade de France au Maroc / Étudier en France). It enabled participants to acquire knowledge, ideas, and skills, and to engage with the pedagogy of the personal project in making informed guidance decisions.

This is particularly important in defining the future contours of each learner’s personal project, while keeping pace with developments in the educational offer at the upper secondary level, and enabling students to make conscious and responsible choices aligned with their interests and abilities.

تحتفل بلادنا من كل سنة بتاريخ 30 مارس باليوم الوطني للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، وهو مناسبة لتعزيز حقوقهم والإدماج الاجتماعي، يصاحبه الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للتوحد 2 أبريل 2026م، تحت شعار التوحد والإنسانية .. لكل حياة قيمة، مسلطا الضوء على الانتقال من مجرد التوعية والقبول والاندماج الفعلي للأشخاص المصابين باضطراب التوحد في كل مجالات الحياة.
ليأتي هذا اللقاء التشاوري التواصلي التفاعلي لجمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة بأسا مع أسر وعائلات الأطفال دوي الإعاقة ضمن برنامج عمل تشتغل عليه أطقم إدارية وتربوية وقانونية وخدمات شبه طبية بأليات تشاركية فاعلة تساهم في تقديم كل الرعاية الاجتماعية لهؤلاء الأطفال دوي الهمم. بحيث حمل هذا اللقاء التواصلي العديد من القضايا ذات الصلة بالطفل المعاق ومحيطه الأسرى والمجتمعي، وفق تصور هام يضع الطفل المعاق بين عنف التمثلات وممكنات التغيير. ساهم خلاله الأسر وأولياء الأمور بالعديد من الأفكار والاقتراحات الهامة التي تصب في تنمية القدرات والمهارات والبرامج التي تخدم الطفل المعاق بالمركب الاجتماعي للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة باسا الزاك.
بالإضافة إلى طرح العديد من التصورات والحلول الفعلية التي تقدم بها السيد رئيس جمعية الوحدة ، والساده الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين والأطر الإدارية والأيادي البيضاء المربيات من أجل المساهمة في تطوير شبكة التواصل بين الأسر والأطر التربوية وتحسين مردودية جودة الخدمات الشبه الطبيه وتطويرها باستحضار القوة الاقتراحية لأسر وعائلات دوي الهمم. وذلك من أجل أجرأة الضوابط والمساطر القانونية والتربوية والطبية تماشيا مع الاستراتيجيات المسطرة ضمن أهداف جمعية الوحدة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة خدمة للأسرة والطفولة عموما ، والطفل المعاق بإقليم أسا الزاك بشكل خاص.
Every year on March 30, our country celebrates the National Day of Persons with Disabilities, an occasion to promote their rights and social inclusion. This coincides with the celebration of World Autism Day on April 2, 2026, under the theme “Autism and Humanity… Every Life Has Value,” highlighting the transition from mere awareness and acceptance to the effective inclusion of individuals with autism spectrum disorder in all areas of life.

In this context, this consultative, communicative, and interactive meeting was organized by Al Wahda Association for Persons with Disabilities in Assa, bringing together families of children with disabilities. This meeting is part of an action program carried out by administrative, educational, legal, and paramedical teams through effective participatory mechanisms aimed at providing comprehensive social care for these children with determination.

The meeting addressed a range of issues related to children with disabilities and their family and social environment, based on an important perspective that places the child with a disability between the challenges of social perceptions and the possibilities for change. During the meeting, families and parents contributed numerous valuable ideas and proposals focused on developing the capacities, skills, and programs that serve children with disabilities at the Social Center for Persons with Disabilities in Assa-Zag.

In addition, several practical proposals and solutions were presented by the President of Al Wahda Association, along with social and psychological specialists, administrative staff, and dedicated educators. These efforts aim to strengthen communication networks between families and educational staff, improve the effectiveness and quality of paramedical services, and further develop them by incorporating the valuable input of families of children with disabilities.

All of this seeks to implement legal, educational, and medical frameworks in line with the strategies set within the objectives of Al Wahda Association for Persons with Disabilities, serving families and children in general, and children with disabilities in Assa-Zag Province in particular.
