AFCD Foundation The Foundation’s work focuses on four main pillars:
the environment, youth empowerment, women empowerment, and digitalization.

AFCD is an independent association of highly ambitious youth volunteers who have vowed to improve their areas, light people’s paths, and raise their awareness about the importance of their contributions to better their living conditions A youth organization that strives to build the capacity of youth through various initiatives with the ultimate goal of promoting sustainable development in Morocco.

This session will introduce participants to new ways of using AI tools to support creativity, problem-solving, and digital productivity, while continuing their journey from learning to practical application.

Call for Participation – Regional Multi-Stakeholder Consultations

Are you interested in climate action, public policy, civic engagement, or environmental governance?

AFCD Foundation invites youth, civil society actors, researchers, experts, and political stakeholders to take part in a series of Regional Multi-Stakeholder Consultations under the Politics 4 Climate initiative.

These consultations aim to create inclusive dialogue spaces to discuss regional environmental priorities and contribute to integrating climate and sustainability issues into political and public discussions in Morocco.

The America 250 Fellowship – AI Theme continues its Hybrid AI Training with the first day of in-person sessions in Oujda.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in building a simple text classifier to understand sentiment analysis, followed by a no-code introduction to chatbot development.

A first step grounded in practice, collaboration, and the development of real AI skills.

يواصل برنامج America 250 Fellowship – الذكاء الاصطناعي مرحلة التدريب المدمج من خلال اليوم الأول من الجلسات الحضورية في وجدة، حيث ينخرط المشاركون في استكشاف عملي لمفاهيم أساسية في الذكاء الاصطناعي.
خلال هذا اليوم، عمل المشاركون على بناء نموذج بسيط لتصنيف النصوص لفهم تحليل المشاعر، ثم انتقلوا إلى تطوير شات بوت بدون برمجة.

We are moving into the next phase.

The America 250 Fellowship – AI Theme now enters the Hybrid AI Training Phase, combining online learning and in-person sessions.

As part of this phase, we are launching a 2-day in-person training in Oujda focused on practical AI skills from text classification and chatbots to computer vision.

As part of the Politics 4 Climate project, we organized a Cross-Party Policy Dialogue in Marrakech, bringing together representatives from different political parties to exchange perspectives on climate issues.

The discussion focused on how climate and environmental priorities can be better integrated into public discourse and electoral programs, especially in the context of the upcoming legislative elections.

This dialogue provided valuable insights into current positioning, key challenges, and potential pathways to strengthen climate-related policies.

These contributions will directly inform the development of the pre-election advocacy paper.

في إطار مشروع Politics 4 Climate، نظمنا لقاءً تشاورياً متعدد الأحزاب بمدينة مراكش، جمع ممثلين عن عدد من الأحزاب السياسية لتبادل الآراء حول قضايا المناخ.

وقد ركز هذا اللقاء على سبل إدماج القضايا البيئية والمناخية في النقاش العمومي والبرامج الانتخابية، خاصة في سياق الاستحقاقات التشريعية المقبلة.

وقد أتاح هذا الحوار فهمًا أعمق لموقع قضايا المناخ، والتحديات المرتبطة بها، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف سبل تعزيز السياسات المناخية.

وستساهم هذه المخرجات بشكل مباشر في إعداد الورقة الترافعية قبل الانتخابات.
