𝐏𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵!
يسرّنا أن نرحّب بالمدرّبة نادية بسيّسو، وهي مصوّرة وثائقية، التي سترافق متدرّبي ورشة «ورشة التصوير الفوتوغرافي الوثائقي».
نادية بسيّسو مصوّرة وثائقية أردنية. أنهت دراستها في التصوير الفوتوغرافي في فلورنسا – إيطاليا عام 2010. تركّز في أعمالها على المشاريع طويلة الأمد التي تنطلق من بحث شخصي معمّق، وتتناول موضوعات تتقاطع فيها الجيوسياسة مع الأنثروبولوجيا وقضايا التدهور البيئي.
حصلت عام 2020 على منحة “Aftermath Project” عن مشروعها «الهلال العقيم»، الذي يوثّق واقع المياه في الأردن وتحدّياته. وفي عام 2023، انضمّت كمرشدة إلى برنامج التصوير الوثائقي العربي، حيث تسهم في دعم وتوجيه الجيل الجديد من المصوّرين.
تعمل حاليًا كمصوّرة مستقلة، وتتعاون مع عدد من المنظمات المحلية والدولية، وتواصل تطوير مشاريعها التي تسلّط الضوء على القضايا البيئية والإنسانية في المنطقة.
We are pleased to welcome trainer and documentary photographer Nadia Bseiso, who will accompany the participants of the Documentary Photography Workshop.
Nadia Bseiso is a Jordanian documentary photographer. She completed her studies in photography in Florence, Italy, in 2010. She focuses her work on long-term projects rooted in in-depth personal research, addressing themes that intersect geopolitics, anthropology, and environmental degradation.
In 2020, she received the Aftermath Project grant for her project Infertile Crescent, which documents water conditions and challenges in Jordan. In 2023, she joined the Arab Documentary Photography Program as a mentor, where she contributes to supporting and guiding a new generation of photographers.
She currently works as an independent photographer, collaborating with a number of local and international organizations, and continues to develop projects that shed light on environmental and humanitarian issues in the region.
