اليوم العالمي للطيور المهاجرة 2025 - "مساحات مشتركة: بناء مدن ومجتمعات صديقة للطيور"

احتفالاً باليوم العالمي للطيور المهاجرة 2025، انضم فريقنا إلى فعالية "مراقبة الطيور العالمية Global Birding" من خلال زيارة ميدانية إلى سبخة قصر أحمد في مصراتة، إحدى أهم موائل الأراضي الرطبة على طول الساحل الليبي.
خلال الفعالية، تم تسجيل 22 نوعًا من الطيور، بما في ذلك الطيور المائية المهاجرة والمقيمة، مما يُبرز الأهمية البيئية لهذا الموقع كمنطقة حيوية للراحة والتغذية للطيور في رحلاتها الطويلة بين القارات.
نظمت هذه الفعالية المنظمة الليبية لصون الطبيعة ومراقبة شؤون البيئة مصراتة( مراقبة مصراتة لشؤون البيئة )، بهدف رفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية الحفاظ على الطيور وتعزيز إنشاء مجتمعات صديقة للطيور.
معًا، نتشارك مساحاتنا مع الطبيعة، ونسعى نحو مدن ترحب بكل زائر مُحب للطيور. 🌿🕊️

World Migratory Bird Day 2025 - "Shared Spaces: Building Bird-Friendly Cities and Communities"

In celebration of World Migratory Bird Day 2025, our team joined the "Global Birding" event with a field visit to Sabkhat Qasr Ahmed in Misrata, one of the most important wetland habitats along the Libyan coast.
During the event, 22 bird species were counted, including migratory and resident waterbirds, highlighting the ecological importance of this site as a vital resting and feeding area for birds on their long intercontinental journeys.
This event was organized by the Libyan Organization for Conservation of Nature and Environmental Affairs Office – Misurata, Ministry of Environment, with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of bird conservation and promoting the establishment of bird-friendly communities.
Together, we share our spaces with nature and strive to build cities that welcome every bird-loving visitor. 🌿🕊️
