في دعونا نتعرف على شباب فريق جونيور انتبرايز بجامعة مصراتة الذي نفخر بنشاطهم وحماسهم!💪
يؤمن فريق جونيور انتبرايز مصراتة بأن تعاونهم هو سر نجاحهم، فقد تمكنوا منذ تشكيل فريقهم في شهر أغسطس العام الفائت من انشاء شراكة مع مكتب المجتمع والتعليم المستمر بجامعة مصراتة وهم يشرفون معهم على تنظيم ورش عمل وحفل تخرج للخريجين بالجامعة، كما عملوا سويا على حملة صيانة لمعامل بعض المدارس بالمدينة، كما عقد الفريق شراكة لتقديم بعض الخدمات والنشاطات المشتركة مع نادي توباكتس التقني.
هذه النشاطات قد مكنت أعضاء الفريق من الاطلاع على سوق العمل وفهم متطلباته وفهم طريقة التعامل مع الزبائن بحسب قولهم، كما اتاحت لهم هذه التجارب فرصة التعاون والعمل كفريق، الأمر الذي سيكون مفيدا لهم عند تخرجهم ودخولهم سوق العمل الفعلي.🧑🎓
يذكر أن جونيور انتبرايز هي مبادرة غير ربحية يقوم بتأسيسها وإدارتها طلاب الجامعة ويقدمون من خلالها مجموعة من الخدمات للشركات والجهات العاملة بالسوق ليكتسبوا من خلالها خبرة عملية وشبكة علاقات تؤهلهم لدخول سوق العمل، وتم اطلاق هذه المبادرة في العديد من الجامعات الليبية بدعم من مشروع EU4PSL الذي يموله الاتحاد الأوروبي وتنفذه مؤسسة خبراء فرنسا لدعم القطاع الخاص وترسيخ مبدأ ريادة الأعمال في النظام التعليمي الليبي.
On International Youth Day, let's introduce you to the youth of the Junior Enterprise team at Misurata University, whom we are proud of their energy and enthusiasm!
The Junior Enterprise Misurata team believes their cooperation is the secret to their success. Since the formation of their team in August 2021, they have established a partnership with the Office of Community and Continuing Education at the University of Misurata, and they are supervising with them the organization of workshops and a graduation ceremony at the university. They have also worked together on a maintenance campaign for schools' laboratories in the city. The team also partnered up with Tobactis Technical Club to provide some services and perform joint activities.
According to the Junior Enterprise team members, these activities and partnerships have enabled them to familiarize themselves with the labour market and understand its requirements and how to deal with customers. These experiences also allowed them to cooperate and work as a team, which will benefit them upon graduation and entry into the labour market.
Junior Enterprise is a non-profit initiative established and managed by university students. They provide a range of services to companies and entities operating in the market to gain practical experience and a network that qualifies them to enter the labour market. This initiative was launched in many Libyan universities with the support of the project, funded by the European Union in Libya / الإتحاد الأوروبي في ليبيا and implemented by Expertise France to support the private sector and consolidate the principle of entrepreneurship in the Libyan educational system.
