Common Purpose Libya Common Purpose is an international, not-for-profit organisation that has been running leadership courses & workshops for over 21 years.

We aim to give people the skills, connections & inspiration they need to become better leaders both at work & society. Common Purpose was commissioned by the EU Instrument for Stability to run a series of courses and workshops to build up the management, leadership and targeted technical capacities of leaders/managers and other key personnel within the emerging interim institutions and civil socie

ty in Libya, including their ability to work across institutional and other divides, so that they are better able to meet the challenges of a society in transition. This is in response to the expressed needs of current and emerging leaders/managers, decision makers and other interlocutors.
