هل يعيد التاريخ نفسه؟
⚠️⚠️ظاهرة "النينو" تعود من جديد!
في عام 1877، اجتاحت ظاهرة "النينو" كوكبنا بقوة، مسببة كوارث مناخية قاسية وموجات جفاف عالمية غيّرت ملامح الحياة حينها. واليوم، يقرع المناخ جرس الإنذار بعودة هذه الظاهرة، حاملة معها موجات حر غير مسبوقة وتقلبات حادة في أنماط الأمطار، مما يضع بنيتنا التحتية ومدننا أمام اختبار حقيقي!
هنا دورنا.. التغيرات القادمة تضع المباني الخضراء والتصميم المستدام في خط الدفاع الأول لحماية مجتمعاتنا.
ومن منطلق عملنا ، يؤكد المجلس أن مضاعفة التزامنا بـ "مرونة المدن" والتوجه نحو البناء الأخضر لم يعد مجرد رفاهية أو خياراً معمارياً حديثاً، بل أصبح ضرورة حتمية لا غنى عنها لضمان بقاء واستقرار مدننا في وجه الصدمات المناخية.
لنبنِ اليوم بذكاء.. من أجل غدٍ أكثر أماناً واستدامة.

Certification and winners announcement | Maghreb Urban Hub Hackathon
A proud conclusion to two inspiring days of collaboration, creativity, and innovation in Benghazi.
Participants received their certificates of participation in recognition of their hard work and commitment throughout the hackathon, while the winners were officially announced and celebrated for their outstanding projects and presentations, to be ready for the next phase in Tunisia to meet their peers from Tunis and Algeria.

Day 2 Highlights | Maghreb Urban Hub Hackathon
The second day of the hackathon was dedicated to developing ideas, refining proposals, and preparing for the final presentations. Participants worked closely with experts and mentors to strengthen their concepts and transform them into more impactful and realistic solutions.
The day concluded with final presentations, where each team shared their vision, process, and innovative responses to urban challenges across the Maghreb region.

ورشة ناجحة وتفاعلية في معرض مينا بروجكت 2026.
Mena Projectشركة مينا لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات
يسرّ المجلس الليبي للابنية الخضراء إقامة ورشة العمل التفاعلية بعنوان:
«مدخل إلى المباني الخضراء: خطوات بسيطة نحو مشاريع صفرية الكربون».
جمعت الورشة مهنيين وأكاديميين وطلبة وصنّاع قرار في نقاش مفتوح حول كيفية الانتقال بممارسات البناء الأخضر من مرحلة الأفكار إلى التطبيق العملي على أرض الواقع في ليبيا. وقد عكس مستوى المشاركة والحوار وتبادل وجهات النظر الزخم المتنامي حول التصميم المستدام والمتجاوب مع المناخ في سياقنا المحلي.
استكشفنا معًا خطوات عملية نحو مشاريع صفرية الكربون، وناقشنا التحديات المحلية، وسلّطنا الضوء على أهمية التعاون بين مختلف القطاعات في رسم مسارات واقعية للمباني الخضراء في ليبيا ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
نشكر جميع من حضر وشارك وأسهم بأفكاره ورؤاه القيّمة. تفاعلكم هو ما يدفع هذه الحركة إلى الأمام.
ونتطلع إلى البناء على هذه الطاقة الإيجابية من خلال المزيد من ورش العمل، والتدريبات، والمبادرات التعاونية.
