🤝 تعزيزاً للشراكة والقدرات المؤسسية.. "منظمة جيل زد للتنمية" تشارك في الجلسة الحوارية للمنظمات المحلية
تلبيةً للدعوة الكريمة الموجهة من مفوضية المجتمع المدني وبالتنسيق المشترك مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة شاركت منظمة جيل زد للتنمية في فعاليات "الجلسة الحوارية المناطقية للمنظمات المحلية"، والتي انعقدت يوم 23 يونيو.
جاءت مشاركتنا في هذه الجلسة بهدف تقييم دور منظمات المجتمع المدني المحلية، وتحليل التحديات والفرص المتاحة لتطوير أدائها. وقد ركزت النقاشات على محورين أساسيين:
🏢 **القدرة المؤسسية:
مراجعة آليات الحوكمة، الإدارة المالية، الموارد البشرية، وإجراءات التسجيل، مع تحديد نقاط القوة والثغرات لضمان استدامة العمل المؤسسي.
⚙️ **الخبرات التشغيلية واحتياجات الدعم:**
استعراض الشراكات السابقة مع الوكالات الأممية، المنظمات الدولية، والبلديات، وتحديد الدعم اللازم لتعزيز القدرات المحلية على الأرض.
🎯 **النتائج والتوصيات:
اختتمت الجلسة أعمالها بالخروج بتوصيات ونتائج رئيسية واضحة، ستشكل خارطة طريق لإعداد التقارير والالتزامات المستقبلية، بما يضمن تمكين المنظمات المحلية وتفعيل دورها كشريك أساسي في التنمية المستدامة.

🤝 Strengthening Partnership & Institutional Capacities.. "Generation Z Organization for Development" Participates in the Dialogue Session for Local Organizations**
In response to the kind invitation from the **Civil Society Commission**, and in joint coordination with the **United Nations Generation Z Organization for Development** participated in the "Regional Dialogue Session for Local Organizations," held on June 23rd.
Our participation aimed to assess the pivotal role of local civil society organizations and analyze the challenges and opportunities to enhance their performance. The discussions focused on two main pillars:
🏢 Institutional Capacity:
Reviewing governance mechanisms, financial management, human resources, and registration procedures, while identifying strengths and gaps to ensure institutional sustainability.
⚙️ Operational Experience & Support Needs:
Evaluating past partnerships with UN agencies, international organizations, and municipalities, and identifying the necessary support to strengthen local capacities on the ground.
🎯 Outcomes & Recommendations:
The session concluded with clear, key recommendations and outcomes that will form a roadmap for future reporting and commitments. This will ensure the empowerment of local organizations and activate their role as key partners in sustainable development.
