🌿 Outdoor gathering – tea ceremony, breathing, and discussion.

We invite you to a warm gathering outdoors this Sunday, April 12th.

Approximate start time: 1:00–2:00 PM (we'll confirm closer to the date).

The program includes:
✨ Light breathing and movement practices in nature
✨ Tea ceremony with ritual
✨ Lively discussion and pleasant conversation among like-minded people

Together, we'll create a space where you can slow down, breathe, feel your body, enjoy delicious tea, and simply be in good company.

📍 Location: Lucavsala

You can bring:
— a rug or blanket
— snacks for the communal table
— comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather
If you'd like, you can bring your instruments and finish things off with a light musical jam in the open air 🤩🙌

Most people don't remember what it's like — when it's quiet.

Constant noise became the norm. Thoughts are spinning, the tension doesn't let up, and it's not even noticed. That's how they live, that's how they talk, that's how they fall asleep and wake up.

Sometimes they say "need to rest", but rest doesn't work. Because the noise doesn't go anywhere. He simply becomes the background.

My friends! 💜

I wanted to express my deep gratitude to all of you that I have met over the past year! It has given me a lot of reflection, understanding, revelation, and most importantly - contact with values ​​that I always strive for, but which always seem so unattainable due to our complexity, fear and ignorance.

If you happen to pass by our Astras home on Wednesday, you can safely stop by for a tea circle hosted by Teimurs, as well as for some pizza that I will bake.

You can definitely bring some toppings for the pizza to make it more colorful!
