Aicinām visus interesentus piedalīties informatīvajā vebinārā par Move to Heal projekta ideju, tā realizāciju un galveno rezultātu - rokasgrāmatu!

➡️ stāstīsim par projekta ietvaros izveidoto rokasgrāmatu un struktūru

DAY 1 of 🌱 Move to Heal 🌱 Team Development Team Meeting

Yesterday we were joined by our Lithuanian colleagues from Socialinių projektų institutas once again to work on the Toolkit adjustments together 💭

A lot of brainstorming and structure adjustments were made based on the feedback we received from participants of Toolkit piloting

Aside from working on the Toolkit, we made a short trip and tour to our new premises with our partners! 🫂

Move to Heal projekta ietvaros aicinām jauniešus piedalīties pieredzes grupā, kurā caur apzinātību, kustību un ķermeņa izzināšanu palīdzēsim stiprināt emocionālo labklājību.

🧠 Kam paredzēts: jauniešiem 13–18 gadu vecumā ar ķermeņa dismorfiju vai ēšanas traucējumiem

📅 Kad: pirmdienās 18:00-19:30, sākot ar 10. novembri
