Our mission is simple: turn barriers into pathways through our innovative Barrier-to-Pathway Method (BPM) and AI-powered tools. 🤖

Savienojot amatniecību ar digitālo identitāti 🚀Youth's Creative Voice

Mēs ar prieku dalāmies ar jaunākajiem rezultātiem no mūsu projekta "Youth Creative Voice in Modern Media Language" apmācību sesijas. Vakar mēs strādajām ar Dizaina koledžas studentiem, lai palīdzētu viņiem izveidot savus pirmos Digitālos CV.

Dizaina pasaulē darbiem ir jārunā pašiem par sevi. Mēs vadījām studentus cauri procesam, kurā viņi apguva:

Fizisku darbu digitalizēšanu: pašu radīto stikla mākslas darbu izmantošanu kā pamatu profesionālajam portfolio.

Multimodālo lietotprasmi: vizuālo, teksta un digitālo elementu apvienošanu, lai radītu vienotu un spēcīgu profesionālo tēlu.

IO2 ieviešanu: mūsu izstrādāto vadlīniju apmācības reālā, radošā izglītības vidē.

Redzot pāreju no fiziska objekta uz noslīpētu digitālo prezentāciju, vēlreiz apstiprinājās, cik būtiski ir mācīt digitālo mediju valodu līdztekus tradicionālajām profesionālajām prasmēm.

✍️ 100 Words That Matter: Youth Master the Art of Concise Storytelling
In an age of information overload, the ability to communicate clearly and punchily is a superpower. In our recent workshop, young participants took on the unique "100-Word Challenge", where every single word was put to the test.

🎯 The Challenge: Precision Meets Emotion
In just 15 minutes, participants had to draft a powerful message on themes such as "The Meaning of a Minute of Silence" or "My Greatest Hope for My Community." The rule was strict: exactly 100 words. No more, no less. This discipline forces writers to prioritize clarity and emotional depth, stripping away the "fluff" to focus on the core message.

🤝 Feedback as a Growth Engine
After the first draft, participants swapped stories to analyze them through a critical lens, asking:

What is the clearest sentence?

What is the one message I should remember?

This peer-review process allowed the young writers to step into the reader's shoes, realizing where their "hook" worked and where the message needed more sharpenning.

💡 Key Takeaways
The final discussion revealed that the biggest struggle wasn't writing, but cutting.

"We learned that sometimes what you don't say speaks the loudest. Making information 'readable between the lines' is a skill that makes the final story much more impactful," shared one participant.

Skills developed during the session:

Conciseness: How to say more with less.

Impact: Using specific language to create a lasting impression.

Creative Discipline: Expressing complex ideas within strict constraints.

This project proves that even in the smallest spaces, a clear and resonant message can be delivered if we treat our words with respect and precision.

Mēs ar lepnumu paziņojam par oficiālo sākumu Erasmus+ projektam Create2Include – vērienīgai iniciatīvai, kuras mērķis ir veicināt jauniešu iekļaušanu Eiropā un ārpus tās.

​Mēs esam gandarīti, ka šajā starptautiskajā partnerībā Latviju pārstāv mūsu biedrība Radošās Inciatīvas Centrs!

Kopā ar partneriem no 🇱🇹 Lietuvas, 🇹🇷 Turcijas, 🇨🇾 Kipras un 🇬🇷 Grieķijas mēs strādājam, lai atbalstītu jauniešus (vecumā no 18 līdz 30 gadiem), kuri saskaras ar dažādiem šķēršļiem: bēgļus, jauniešus ar invaliditāti un tos, kuri dzīvo attālos lauku reģionos.

​🧠 Inovācija: "No barjerām uz ceļiem" metode un MI
​Kas padara projektu Create2Include īpašu? Mēs ne tikai identificējam problēmas, bet radām viedus risinājumus. Projektā izmantosim metodi "Barrier-to-Pathway" (BPM), ko papildināsim ar mākslīgā intelekta (MI) sniegtajām iespējām.

​Projekta ietvaros mēs:
• ​Izglītosim jaunatnes darbiniekus: sniegsim MI rīkus, lai labāk atpazītu un novērstu specifiskus šķēršļus, ar kuriem saskaras jaunieši.

• ​Veidosim personalizētus ceļvežus: izmantosim tehnoloģijas, lai izstrādātu pielāgotus plānus nodarbinātībai, izglītībai un sociālajai dzīvei.

• ​Paplašināsim iekļaušanas robežas: veidosim digitālu sistēmu, kas efektīvi darbojas pāri robežām un dažādās valodās.

​🤝 Kāpēc tas ir svarīgi?
​Iekļaušana nav universāls risinājums. Neatkarīgi no tā, vai šķērslis ir fizisks, ģeogrāfisks vai juridisks, ikviens jaunietis ir pelnījis skaidru ceļu uz priekšu. Create2Include ir šeit, lai šo ceļu izveidotu.

Edukacija Kitaip nuo balandžio 1-osios pradeda vykdyti dar vieną „Erasmus+“ projektą.
Balandžio 7-8 dienos vyks pirmasis visų projekte dalyvaujančių 5 šalių partnerių susitikimas.
Projekto tikslams įgyvendinti skirtas dviejų metų laikotarpis - nuo 2026-04-01 iki 2028 - 03-31.

Speaking to the Digital Human Mind

Our project is teaching you that interacting with a digitally-focused professional requires more than just words—it requires a system. To optimize the exchange of information, follow this structured process:

1. Context Initialization Start with the "Why." Before diving into details, establish the parameters. If the goal is a 32% market expansion, state that baseline immediately so the listener can align their logic.

Mūsu projekta Youth's Creative Voice ietavaros notika kārtējā sapulce. Šoreiz Norvēgijā, kur tika apspriests nākamā projekta kārta, kuras ietavros tiks izstrādāti materiāli jauniešiem par to, kas ir Multi Modal Literacy.

Partners of the youth project “Youth’s Creative Voice in Multimedia Language” gathered in Stavanger, Norway to review progress and align next steps.

The team focused on WP3: Multi Minds Literacy Box, which is now moving into development. We also scheduled the upcoming online meeting and advanced planning for the LTTA in Karditsa, Greece (early March 2026).

Consortium coordination is strong and the project is progressing smoothly. Stay tuned for more!
