• Growing demand by spending more time on consumer needs and consumer data driven approach to grow, reducing out of shelves levels.
• Optimizing Supply Costs by reducing inventory/stock levels, removing unnecessary costs from supply chain, reducing transaction costs and improving speed by using enabling technologies (EDI) for efficient replenishment and optimal shelf availab
ility.
• Contributing to Local Society by sharing best practices, building stronger networks and increasing competitiveness. Build academic partnerships with Universities to promote FMCG and Retail sectors. Organize Training and Seminars.
• Ensure industry sustainability and protect ECR Baltic member investments in collaborative supply and demand side projects by ensuring compliance to industry agreed standards and guidelines in Baltics.
