❗️often people perform tasks using some kind of "autopilot" (without thinking about it’s benefits and consequences)

❗️a certain part of these actions may simply be a waste of time, which does not bring a positive outcome

this list can help anyone - a student, a businessman, an office worker or even a housewife - to prioritize tasks correctly;

thus, their precious energy and time wouldn’t be wasted on useless things 💙
