Multiplier event in Braila, Romania on 9 december 2022 Neurodiversity in the workplace The event had 42 people. For this event we promoted all the IOs achieved by the end of the project. The project been presented to various interested
groups in Romania which will have the ability to multiply its effects. Such audience been composed of young adults with ASD and educators, education organisations, decision-makers,
potential employers, professional organisations. This event been one of the long term dissemination strategies of the project to establish a long-lasting network and engagement in relevant
activities.

On Thursday, Augusts 29th 2022 the results of the Erasmus+ project NEWork “NEurodiversity at work: Supporting young adults with ASD enter and succeed at the workplace” were presented ATEE 2022 Annual Conference article Nīmante, D., Laganovska, E. On Saturday, December 3th 2022 the Erasmus+ project NEWork “NEurodiversity at work: Supporting young adults with ASD enter and succeed at the workplace” hosted a multiplier event! Organized by the University of Latvia, Faculty of Education, Psychology, and Art, the event occurred in person and online (hybrid). The Multiplier Event aimed to present the outcomes and results of the NEWork project, activities, and interactive materials produced. After the presentation, the participants discussed how they could use the materials in their professional activities.
