🌀Join for an experience to boost personal and professional growth through non-formal education!

🌻In this Training Course we will:
•⁠ explore curiosity, challenges and creativity as powerful elements of youth work;
• strengthen our ability to stay present, grounded and responsive in uncertain situations;
• focus on designing and implementing learning activities for young people through a facilitation laboratory;
•use outdoor and nature-based team challenges to explore cooperation, trust, problem-solving and personal limits;
• practise active listening, asking questions, sharing and working with group dynamics.

🗓️When? | from 7th to 15th of October 2026
📍Where? | Talsu novads, Latvia 🇱🇻
👥For whom: aged 18+ youth workers, social workers, educators, trainers, facilitators or people working with people, especially with youth

PLAY.FULL.NEST | Training Course

What happens when we place curiosity, imagination, playfulness and wonder at the heart of the way we learn and work with young people?

📍Ommen, the Netherlands
📅 9th-18th of November 2026 (travel days included)
👥We are looking for youth workers, educators, facilitators, social workers, community practitioners and everyone supporting the learning and wellbeing of young people.

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲.𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥.𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 is an 8-day Erasmus+ Training Course where we will explore how a playful attitude can strengthen presence, creativity, adaptability and meaningful connection in youth work.

✨ Together, we will:
• Explore how playfulness can enrich your everyday life and youth work practice.
• Reflect on your presence and the way it shapes group dynamics.
• Reconnect with your creativity, curiosity and capacity to respond to the unexpected.
• Experiment with experiential and non-formal methods that you can adapt to your own context.
• Grow your facilitation practice through shared learning, reflection and direct experience.

During this experience, you will explore how movement, body expression and non-formal education can become powerful tools for learning, self-expression and connection with others. Through interactive activities, group dynamics and creative workshops, you will discover new ways of communicating, collaborating and learning beyond words. 🌿
