ZIP komanda papildinās ar jaunām zināšanām. No 25. maija līdz 1. jūnijam mūsu pārstāvis piedalījās Erasmus+ apmācību kursā Local Volunteering for Community Impact - starptautiskā pasākumā Rumānijā, kurā pulcējās jaunatnes darbinieki un organizāciju pārstāvji no Itālijas, Grieķijas, Vācijas, Francijas un Latvijas, kā arī uzņemošās organizācijas komanda ar treneriem un vietējiem brīvprātīgajiem jauniešiem no Rumānijas. Sešu dienu laikā tika apgūts lokālo brīvprātīgo programmu izstrādes process: kā apzināt kopienas reālās vajadzības, veidot spēcīgas idejas, iesaistīt un motivēt jauniešus, nodrošināt drošību un novērtēt rezultātus. Kursa noslēgumā saņemts Youthpass sertifikāts (Eiropas atzīts dokuments neformālās mācīšanās un kompetenču attīstības apliecināšanai) un pieredze, ko nest līdzi savā darbā.

New knowledge added to the ZIP toolkit. Our team member joined the Erasmus+ training course Local Volunteering for Community Impact in rural Romania, bringing together youth workers and organisation representatives from Italy, Greece, Germany, France and Latvia, alongside the hosting organisation's team of trainers and local young volunteers from Romania. Over six days, participants worked through the full process of developing local volunteering programmes: identifying real community needs, shaping ideas, engaging and motivating young people, ensuring safety and measuring impact. The course concluded with a Youthpass certificate (the European recognition tool for competence development through non-formal learning) and experience to carry forward into everyday work.
