The association “Creative Minds for Culture,” in collaboration with “Medvirkningsagentene” (Norway), will organize a youth exchange in Latvia in October as part of the CREATE project.
The youth exchange will last 7 days (+2 travel days) from October 3rd, 2026, to October 11th, 2026, in Latvia, Indrani. During the project, young members, volunteers and youth leaders of both organisations (16-25 y.o.) will have the opportunity to explore topics related to self-presentation skills, job market and education skills, exploring careers aligned with their interests, especially in creative industries and maintaining well-being through a work-life balance.

The project’s objectives are:
- To work toward raising public awareness that mental health and well-being are essential aspects of young people’s career choices and needs;
- To equip young people with the tools and skills so that, when choosing a career path, they can act in accordance with their passions and interests;
- Promote creative expression as a viable career choice and combat the most common stereotypes regarding career choices in the creative industries.
