TOP 32

THE FIRST RESULTS ARE HERE — TOP 32

The first and most extensive selection stage of the OrbitArt International Prize 2026 has been completed.

Our international jury reviewed and evaluated the submitted artworks. Based on the combined results of the jury voting, 32 artworks have been selected to advance to the tournament stage of the competition.

The TOP 32 is now live on OrbitArt NET

But for us, it is important to highlight not only those who advanced to the next stage.

Many artworks that did not make the TOP 32 received high scores from individual jury members. That is why, directly after the TOP 32 on our website, we have created a “Jury Recognition” section featuring works that received recognition from at least one member of our international jury.

This is an important part of the results. In art, opinions are rarely unanimous. An artwork may resonate deeply with one jury member and receive a high score from them, yet not receive enough combined votes to advance to the next stage.

This is precisely why we preserve and share these evaluations. Not making the TOP 32 does not mean going unnoticed.

At OrbitArt, we believe in making the selection process as transparent as possible — allowing everyone to see not only the final results, but also which artworks received professional recognition throughout the voting process.

And the competition continues.

TOP 32 → TOP 16 → TOP 8 → TOP 4 → FINAL

Follow the next stages — the most exciting part is still ahead.

OrbitArt International Prize 2026: Submissions Are Now Closed

Last night, submissions for the OrbitArt International Prize 2026 officially closed.

516 artworks.
Artists from 54 countries.
Different artistic languages, techniques, themes, and perspectives.

When we created OrbitArt, we wanted it to be more than just another art prize. We envisioned an international platform for artists whose work deserves to be seen, recognized, and evaluated on an international level.

And now, perhaps the most exciting and anticipated stage begins — the international jury selection.

Our jury members will now review the submitted works and make their choices. The results of each round will be revealed on our website in a tournament-style bracket, allowing everyone to follow the selection process as it unfolds — to see which works advance and how the finalists gradually emerge.

And we’ll be following every stage together with you.

For the artists, this is a time of anticipation and excitement. For the jury, it is the challenge of making difficult choices. And for us, it is a very special moment: the platform we created has now been filled with hundreds of works from around the world — and is beginning to take on a life of its own.

516 artworks.
54 countries.
An international jury.
Several rounds of selection.
And the final still ahead.

Introducing the “Mona Liem – Curator’s Choice Award”

We are delighted to announce a special collaboration between OrbitArt and internationally recognized curator, artpreneur, and strategic art advisor Mona Liem.

As a member of the OrbitArt International Jury, Mona Liem will personally present the Curator’s Choice Award to one artist whose work demonstrates exceptional artistic vision, originality, and contemporary relevance.

This special award is independent of the competition rankings. After the jury completes the official evaluation, Mona will personally select one artwork that resonates with her curatorial vision.

The selected artist will receive:

Mona Liem – Curator’s Choice Award
A personal curator’s review by Mona Liem
International recognition through OrbitArt and Mona Liem’s professional channels
Consideration for future international projects or open calls curated by Mona Liem, where appropriate

At OrbitArt, we believe that art should create meaningful connections across cultures, ideas, and creative communities. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to discovering outstanding contemporary artists and helping them gain international visibility.

Mēs radījām konkursu, kurā vēlētos piedalīties mēs paši. / We created a competition we would want to enter ourselves. 🎨✨

🇬🇧 When we started building the OrbitArt International Prize, one core principle was non-negotiable — transparency. We are artists ourselves, so we created a system where every selection stage is clear, and the judging process is completely open and honest.

If you believe that art should open doors to new opportunities rather than fade away the moment the winner is announced — we would be thrilled to see your work. Welcome to OrbitArt!
