Youth organisation "Creative Minds for Culture" together with Medvirkningsagentene is spending this year immersed in various capacity building activities for both organisations and their youthwork!
Check out what we've been up to, as the results later this autumn will be potentially useful for you as well!
So far:
- we've learned about other organisations' good practice examples in 2 study visits in Latvia and Norway - seeing how others approach young people who are in the process of finding their passions, keeping up with their wellbeing and finding practical outlets for trying and exploring important career and learning choices.
- we're also in the process of crafting a guidebook to support our future work and efforts in guiding and mentoring our own youth in their life paths and explorations of personal values. Looking forward to share that with you, too!
- later this autumn we'll have a youth exchange for our members and volunteers who'll help further test and improve the guidebook as well as develop their own skills in understanding themselves and building capacity in making personally valuable learning and career choices as well as supporting peers in similar situations.
